These x-warm leggings really are just that. They are fluffy, comfortable to wear and so warm! I tend to feel cold quite easily and have Reynaud's so it's really important for me to keep warm in order to avoid the pain of frozen fingers and toes.I've tried different thermal leggings before - all of which have helped to some degree. However, as soon as I put these on I could feel the warmth accumulating as they really do seem to insulate very well. My others - including some merino wool ones - aren't a patch on these warmth-wise! The only thing that I would say with these is that they seem to come up a little bit on the large side. I'm a size 10/12 on my lower half and generally fit quite snugly into medium leggings, yet these mediums are a little baggy on the legs for me. They fit fine on the waist and have cuffs at the bottom so there's no danger of them dropping down or anything like that but it may be worth going down a size from your usual if you want them close-fitting.

Wasn't expecting all the different weight pannels, ( some areas thicker than others) but seem warm and cosy. Not sure about the seam across the mid thigh as I can feel it when walking, but got them half price so ok for the money. I can imagine if you had slim legs they could be too loose but on curvy thighs the seam does feel tight, so suggest trying to see if they work for you. Seem we'll made.
