I keep these Gel Ice Cold Packs in the freezer and they’ve been really useful after workouts and long days when my muscles feel sore. The gel stays flexible even when frozen, so it easily wraps around areas like on the knee, or shoulder without feeling stiff or uncomfortable. The soft outer material feels comfortable against the skin, and the size is just right for different areas like the neck, back, or ankle. I also like that they can be used for both cold and hot therapy depending on what you need. Having two packs is convenient because I can keep one in the freezer while using the other. Overall, they’re durable, reusable, and a great option for quick relief from muscle or joint pain.

I just got mine today for after my bunionectomy. They froze fast and they work good but you have to put it on bare skin because the condensation on the outside as they melt makes your clothes wet. I put mine in a plastic bag and wrapped the Velcro around the bag.

These ice packs have been a great buy. They’re simple to wrap on, stay in place while moving around, and the hot/cold relief lasts long enough for a full session. For the price, the quality and convenience feel like a really solid value.

Had under arm surgery and these worked perfectly. Doesn't stay cold for as long as I would like but I guess that's why they give you two. Perfect size for under arm.

These are great! The direct velcro attachment and the design that makes this flexible to wrap around arms or legs is perfect! Most ice pack don't bend well when wrapping, but these do, even when very frozen.

Bought for my mans back, didn’t know they are for your arms or legs, super annoying, they work good though. Used it for my son’s lunch to keep warm, worked alright, better for the cold.

Not much more to say than everyone else has, but I love these so much I had to chime in. I got eaten alive by mosquitos recently and I react very badly to mosquito bites. Hydrocortisone cream, calamine lotion, regular lotion, even icy hot, nothing helped with the itch. I can’t take Benadryl, don’t know if that would have helped, but the only thing that kept me from clawing the skin off of my legs was keeping the bites iced. And ice packs are great but hard to keep in place if you still want to, say, walk around. I wasn’t injured, just itchy, so I wanted to be able to keep doing the things I needed to do. I have a large heating/cooling pad with a strap for your back or hip or whatever, but it’s too big to easily strap it to a lower leg or arm. These were exactly what I needed, a good price, and I love that they come in a pair, so I could keep one freezing and use the other, or ice bites on both legs. The strap is plenty long, but wraps around to cover a small area if you need, and keeps the ice/hot pack on so you can move around or easily ice a part of a limb that you can’t just set a pad on. These made life so much more manageable while I waited for the mosquito bites to heal enough to stop itching and I’m glad to add them to my “emergency”/medical supplies.
