The book is more than a repair book, to me is a builder book. The illustrations are amazing, the explanations you won’t find anywhere. But is not about changing a battery

We use this as a supplement to our textbook in our Watchmaking at Paris Junior College program.

This book is an amazing resource for anyone that has an interest in watch and clock repair. While I may never actually perform many of the practices skillfully documented, knowing how and why the practice is performed is crucial to understanding the diagnosis and repair process.

While it may not have been the beginners guide I was looking for, its still a very informative book and has lots of info!!! Worth the money no matter what
