Arrived quickly. Good quality. Easy to set up and use. It replaces a similar Plantronics head set that lasted about 15 years. Hope this one lasts that long too.

This headset is AMAZING!! Excellent sound quality and the mic puts out crisp clear sound!! I work in a 911 center so I can appreciate a good quality headset. I have used several other Plantronic headsets but this one is by far my favorite! I was told by a former boss these headsets were discontinued. When I found them on Amazon I was shook. lol Seriously the sound quality is amazing, its comfortable and the mic moves all around, not just up and down. Good quality and a good price!

Had held up nicely over the years of using this product in a dispatch environment. No issues whatsoever. Very comfortable. Sound quality is great.

This headset is amazing! I can hear clearly, people are no longer asking me to repeat myself. Bought my own headset for work since the headsets are work are terrible and uncomfortable.

Defective product. I bought this headset for my office's 2 Polycom phones because it was recommended. This headset was double the price of other similar headset (Wantek) available on Amazon but I believed in Plantronics so I bought it anyways. This headset doesn't come with the cable that connects it to the phone so I had to buy a cable for it. For my second phone, I decided to try the Wantek headset so I bought that instead. The Wantek already comes with the cable so you won't even need to purchase it separately After hooking up the Plantronic headset to the first phone, it won't pick up any audio. You can hear the other person on the headset but they cannot hear you at all. Since I had faith on the Plantronics headset, I thought it must be the cable that's the issue. So I purchased another cable. When it arrived, I had the exact same issue. At this point I begin to suspect it's the headset. At the meantime, the Wantek was already working beautifully on my second phone. So to test the Plantronics, I swapped the two headsets. The Wantek still worked on the first phone with no issue. On the second phone, the Plantronics's audio becomes echoey. It does pickup the audio from the user but it is very faint. We are able to conclude that it's the Platronics headset at this point. Unfortunately for me, by the time I bought the new cable and had a chance test it properly, the return period with Amazon is over. I am now stuck with a $100 non-working headset. If I have to compare the Wantek and the Plantronics for a second, aside from the non-working issue, design-wise, Wantek is a little bit on the flimsy side. But it comes with a volume control and mute button on the cable itself. Plantronics comes with no control whatsoever which is disappointing.
