BERGEON 8008 Rubber Ball to Open and Close case Backs Ø65 mm, black,white, Open

I need to regulate my Tudor Blackbay since it started running slow. I tried other die-type openers but none would grip the teeth on the case back, so I thought I'd try this before going to a watch maker When I ordered this I didn't think it would work removing the case back off of my Tudor but it did! And with little effort. I was amazed. Very easy to use. I highly recommend

I had trouble opening an air tag to change out the battery. Tried everything I could find on YT and doc google. Finally I found a rubber ball that usually opens watch battery backs. I looked on Az and decided this one which cost a few bucks more but felt it was not a knockoff. Get it! Great price. Quality ball. And you can open any and all air tags, watch backs, etc. would buy again.

It can be a pain finding someone to replace the battery in my husband's Rolex Oyster Quartz (yes, Rolex made quartz watches that used batteries). We found one jewelry store, but their batteries seemed to die really quick so I wanted to change them myself. This was perfect item at a great price to get into the case to change the battery.

Excellent product, something that every watch enthusiast should have to ensure a watch is authentic, as well as just looking at the movement. There are cheaper products out there that do the same thing, but the Bergeon name is always a sign of quality. Bergeron tools are always expensive but seem to hold up a lot better in the long term.

Not sure if I am using it improperly, but I couldn’t get it to open a single watch-back of mine.

This is a basic grippy rubber ball designed to remove screw-type watch backs. I don't see how it would be any different from a more expensive model by the original company that makes these (Bergeron). As others have pointed out, this comes only partially inflated and you will need to fully inflate it using a bike pump or equivalent with a needle adapter. This will open many watch backs once properly inflated, but don't expect miracles. A Rolex clone opened no problem, but a genuine Omega Seamaster wouldn't budge and required a watch back wrench. Also make sure your watch isn't a pry-back first, as this has no effect on those!
