It's okay not as heavy as I would like and the vent cap feels not so sturdy as well but if you don't abuse it it'll do just fine

Made kimchi with cabbage, collards, radish, tumeric, ginger, garlic, jalapeno, and Thai bird peppers (plus salting process and adding a bit of gochujang and gochugaru). Worked wonderfully, burping the container daily in the early days, then just letting it sit in the bottom of the pantry for a couple of weeks before jarring. Nice, crisp, and pickly.

Well designed. Great seals. Great for kimchi or sauerkraut. We made a batch of sauerkraut as soon as it arrived and it was the best by far. It’s great for keeping the kraut or kimchi aromatics contained. Well worth it !
