Good product
Day one result. It is very good.

used it during training and running a marathon. seems to do the job. only issue is the capsule is very large. if you have difficulty swallowing, crack it open and mix it in water.

Not effective
I used to take my protein eaa but had to switch since it’s been out of stock for a long time. Bought this because it seemed decent but it does not work. I got blood tests done after taking it for a while and there’s still a protein deficiency

Perfect Combination of Amino acids without Caffeine
I was looking for EAA combination without the combination of caffeine. There are many combinations available online but almost every brand has caffeine in it. Caffeine gives a 'false' feeling of energy and freshness which I did not want. This protein met my requirements. It comes without any external addition. Feels fresh throughout the day after taking the tablet.

I'm writing this review after using. I always used bcaa . But first time i am using EAA. In bcaa has both essential and non essential amino acids. Non essential amino acid we can get from food like meat and fish . So i thought why should I pay for that so I bought it and it's really good. Feel more energetic.
