Potent, perfect!
My husband uses this to add to his water. It smells exactly like a fresh mint leaf! I've even added it a few times to my oatmeal with some dark chocolate, and it tastes great. Its very strong, so you don't need many drops to get the full flavor. Despite daily use, we go through a bottle maybe every 2 months.

McCormick is a good product
I was looking for mint extract and the only place I can get it is to buy it online. I checked the stores. I didn’t see it anywhere. I am making homemade chocolates. It’s a new hobby. I’m sure they’ll come out great with a little green food coloring. McCormick is a great product that doesn’t disappoint.

Good product.
The only thing I disliked is that it doesn’t have the top that regulates the amount coming out. I sometimes end with too much in what I’m making so I just have to be careful.

High quality peppermint extract
I have no means of comparison of whether or not this is the best peppermint extract but this is the one that I purchased all the time and I absolutely love it and it's great to flavor anything that you want including water which is what I mainly use it for. It helps make the water more drinkable and I also like to add it into tea and into chocolate and into lots of other things to make them taste better.

Mint Extract...
This is MINT extract, not Peppermint. Tastes like spearmint. You can get it in any grocery store, but for double the price!
