Longevity
Nice color but the tip wears out quickly

Grout pen only has about 7 ml.
works well, but only covers very small area. For a small bathroom I needed 4 of the grout pens. Would be better off buying the 125 ml. small can and using a small brush!

Not easier than re-grouting
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got this product because it seemed to be the easiest way to refresh the old grout in our outdated bathroom from 1990. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this has got to be the clearest waste of money for anything I’ve ever purchased on Amazon. I followed directions and pushed 30x before using the pen. When the paint came it was messy and difficult to get in the right spot because the tip was too big to go between the tile. I had to go back and push the paint into the grout. After doing about 4 tiles the felt paint tip gave up and recessed into the pen never to be seen again. In the picture you can see the few lines that were done at the top of the photo. Please do not buy this!

Love this! I've only used one so far, so I can't speak to whether the color is consistent, which I saw on some reviews before I bought it. But it's a beautiful light silverish gray and it did exactly what I needed. Covered up moldy old grout that wouldn't clean no matter what I did. Covered about a 10x10 room. I'll leave some before and after pics. And don't forget to seal it with something after!

Works great! Good quality and easy to use
This is my second time using this. The first was for my bathroom floors. I picked white grout as it brightens up my floors. I tried cream and it made my floors look dirty. So you do need to trial and error. Highly recommended, they have many colors available.

Doesn’t last - UPDATE
UPDATE: the customer service here is the best I’ve ever dealt with. The owner reached out to me after seeing my negative review and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Most importantly, she did it without asking for an updated review in return. 90% of the companies I’ve had to deal with these last couple of months have wanted to buy my review. I’m disgusted that Amazon even allows that. But this one is legit. I’ll continue to order from her.ORIGINAL REVIEW - The product, while it lasts, is great. My kitchen countertops look like new. But the tip wears out before even half of the paint is used, which makes the entire pen useless. It’s ridiculous to have to throw the entire thing away when it still has so much paint in it. They should include multiple replacement tips. Do not recommend.
