Tastes great with Oatmeal
Awsome snack. They taste good on its own as it does with oatmeal and in other recipe. There could be a number of ways you could use dried mango in recipees. Here's mine, hope that will help you.Quaker oats (80%) + chia seeds + dried cranberries + dried mango slices (cut into small pieces) - all soaked overnight almond milk.Mix all the dry ingredients i.e. except the milk (I generally make this mixtue in enough quantity to last for weeks), fill into a 8oz-12oz air-tight canister, at lastly pour the milk over it. Don't fill more than 80% by volume as the oats and chia seeds grow in volume when soaked overnight. Next morning your breafast is ready. This is something I've been eating every morning without exception for last one year. Mostly I carry them to gym as post-workout snack. Adding mango is the latest change to the recipe though, I found it adds a nice flavor and a bit of sweetness. You know, Oatmeal itself is bland. It needs some sweetness and flavor. I have tried various stuffs for sweetness. The mango tastes great soaked overnight, neither dry nor mushy. This is where I use these magoes, I cut thse into pieces (I use scissors) before using it. So there's some effort there. Hav eyou seen any dried mango selling on Amazon which is already cut into small pieces ? Please let me know if you see one.------------------------------If you are considering to use in cake / cookies, and it doesn't need to be whole slices, you might also consider "mango sheet" (it's a popular product in Indian and Thailand). You'll find them in Amazon. It could be a better choice depending on the where you are using it. However they're less dried and more perishable.

disappointing, overripe or underripe, sadly not worth the price
These are not "Premium Grade" - I just opened the first bag. Right on top, some had begun to ferment. It makes the whole bag smell bad. I know what this is because I have dehydrated my own fruit many times. If they are not at the right temperature, and/or not selected properly for quality, this will happen. It is symptomatic of improper selection (overripe or spoiled fruit), and/or improper care and dehydrating, and ultimately lack of quality control. The fruit is inconsistent quality. One piece was perfect, light in color, soft, sweet, and ripe. Others are stringy, tough, and tasteless. The photo shows the difference between the label picture, and the overripe samples (color shows). You can see more dark, overripe at the very bottom of the photo, inside the bag. I appreciate their attempt to get soft & organic (I hope), no-added-sugar mangoes to us. I gave it 2 stars because I see some good ones and if they selected them properly -- the few good ones are excellent. Now to get this spoiled-fruit taste out of my mouth... Tastes Like Sweet Honey
I was looking for organic mangos with no additives. These are advertised as having no sugar added, but that is misleading. When we opened the package for the first time a strong honey scent was immediately noticed. Then I noticed there is some type of crystallized substance on the outside of the dried fruit that is a sweetener. This is clearly visible on all the fruit as a white substance and evident when you put it in you mouth and the sweetness hits your tongue. As someone who regularly eats organic dried sugar free mangos, this clearly doesn’t match up to anything from WholeFoods, Trader Joe’s or even Marshalls. Due to the sweetener additive, I find it hard to eat more than a couple of these before I was tired of them. The mango itself seems to have decent flavor, but I can’t get passed the crystallized substance on the outside that’s adds unnecessary sweetness. I will not order these again and would return them if I hadn’t opened them already. I would describe these as lightly sweetened mangos, so if your looking for this you would probably enjoy them.

Good Pure Fruit, But I Like The "Bad for You" Version
I love dried mango but usually get them from Costco and they are not organic or free of sulfides. This product is clean/pure, but the flavor is not the same as the horribly chemical-laced stuff that I love. For this, it loses a star, but the product is good and very "earthy". The mango is a bit dry/chewy, but that's ok as it's still tasty and a healthy treat. Just different than the "bad for you" version.

Good but flavor and texture off
These are good and the price is great, but the flavor and texture are lacking compared to other products. To me, it tastes like the mango was overripe before they dried it (for at least 80% of slices), and most of the slices are chewier and more fibrous than other brands--to the point where my jaw got fatigued while chewing. I didn't see or smell visible sugar and in terms of sweetness and appearance, they match with other no sugar added no preservative dried mangoes. They did sent along a sample box of raisins, which was nice.

DO NOT ORDER, LOADED WITH CANE SUGAR!!!
WARNING: DO NOT ORDER!!TOTALLY Loaded with SUGAR AND NO RETURNS!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS AND EXPECT FRESH, NATURALLY SWEET MANGO, DESPITE what the seller says!!!! Clearly not a reputable company and I will be flagging this for an AMAZON REVIEW!!! MISSING INGREDIENT LIST OR LABEL and is very misleading! (I thought all foods sold for consumption in the US had to provide an accurate label listing all of the ingredients)!?!?THIS MANGO even has the coning from the sugar vats...looks like a pineapple design that is found on another best seller-but they list came sugar as a primary ingredient!I have ordered over 15 pounds of dried mango since the first of the year and I wouldn't have ordered it if I didn't realize IT COULDN'T BE RETURNED!!!! I have learned my lesson, with dried mango you truly get what you pay for! Do not order this product unless you want to eat candy!!! Absolutely disgusting and truly disappointed!!!!I received 2 bags of grayish brown, sugared mango and WILL never eat it! What a SCAM!!!!!I am going to order the 2.5 pound divine mango available on Amazon!!!! Orchards are the way to go and that way you know what you are truly purchasing!!! Bella rocks, this mango does NOT!!!!!
