Good quality, but Color won't be what you will expect - UPDATE
I bought two of these luggage sets; one is "new sliver grey" (I'm thinking they meant "Silver", and "Red Wine". The photo from the seller shows a bright red color which is exactly what my wife desired. The attached photo is what we just received. It's more of a burgundy color which, to be fair, is also a wine color. It just wasn't what was desired, but we're so close to the trip that we cannot return it. But the color aside, these are very nice luggage sets - light weight, they look sturdy and both are exactly what is described. Like virtually all luggage, they will surely scratch and get bumps eventually, but I consider these a very good value. I may update once we return from our international trip!! ******UPDATE****** Two years later (Thanks COVID!), we finally got to go on our Philippines trip. Both sets of luggage were GREAT!!! We had these things filled to the brim and they were at max weight (70lbs) both ways. Had to use the expanding zipper on the return trip for all of the goodies we bought. The luggage is very durable, did not scratch easily (very little scratch damage), maintained shape, did not tear, zippers were very strong, and wheels were very sturdy with zero wear, and that's going through 5 domestic airports and two airports in the Philippines roundtrip. That's 6 pieces used - four very full checked baggage and two carry ons. And the TSA locks worked exactly as advertised without any problems. So, who cares about the color shade difference! This luggage was well worth the value and we highly recommend!!!

Tough as Nails but not Scartch-proof
Traveling can be a true test of a luggage’s mettle, and my latest trip was no exception. The airline’s baggage handlers aren’t known for their gentle touch, and my luggage was subjected to the full brunt of their efficiency. Despite this, I’m pleased to report that the structural integrity of my suitcase remained uncompromised. It’s a testament to the durability of the design and materials used. The Good: The luggage’s hard shell exterior, reinforced corners, and sturdy zippers held up admirably. There were no dents or damages to the contents, which is more than I can say for some of my past travel companions. The wheels and handles, often the first casualties of rough handling, performed flawlessly, rolling smoothly from the airport to the hotel lobby. The Not-So-Good: However, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. While the luggage’s resilience is commendable, its ability to resist surface damage is less so. The once pristine exterior now sports a network of scratches and scuffs, a permanent record of its journey through conveyor belts and cargo holds. It seems that while the luggage can take a hit, it can’t quite hide the evidence of its travels. Final Thoughts: In conclusion, if you’re looking for luggage that will protect your belongings and withstand the rigors of modern travel, this is a solid choice. But if you prefer your travel gear to look as good as new after each trip, you might want to consider a luggage cover or a different material that’s less prone to scratching. In the end, it’s a trade-off between brawn and beauty—and this luggage certainly has the muscle.

Pleased but ...
Bought this luggage in 2018. Put some good mileage on it. Been pleased with the capacity and weight. Just had a second set of handles break though (1st on large, second on medium). Replacement is available on Amazon, luckily and easy to install. Who to blame? After watching the luggage being thrown all over at the airport by their staff, this set has done a pretty good job.

Slightly loose handles but more than likely purposely designed.
They made my travels much easier. The handles seem slightly loose (as stated in some reviews I read) but they are durable. The wheels roll easily which comes in handy when you're transferring planes in the larger airports and have to move quickly. Nice color and design. I saw may suitcases of the same color but not the same design. That made it easy to pick out my luggage when it came down the turnstile. The price was really good for these 3 suitcases. Excellent space, which I needed when returning from the trip with more then I left with on the trip. They are lightweight so I didn't acquire extra charges for my checked baggage. I hadn't done much traveling before I purchased these suitcases & it turned out that I traveled extensively afterwards, so I did get my monies worth from this purchase. This was definitely worth it and the 5 stars I'm giving it.

Great value
A little thin but good value for the price. Rolls good and like the locks. The extended handle seems a little frenzy but it is just to hold on to when rolling. Overall we like them and would buy again

Cheaper luggage that's taken a beating
Originally purchased in 2019 for our cruise to Bermuda, this luggage set has stood the test of time and aggressive baggage handlers quite well. I really can't think of anything bad about this set of luggage, no wheels have fallen off, they haven't cracked or broken, the locks and zippers work exactly like they should, the interior zipper pouches haven't torn, the static handles on the top and side are still very secure and the extending pull handles haven't faltered....I really can't find anything wrong with this set of luggage. As I said, we originally bought this set to go on a six day cruise to Bermuda. Since then, this set (maybe not all pieces each time, but at least two each time) have gone with us to a bunch of other vacations. Let's see: four day stay in Myrtle beach - 9 hours by car one week stay in Orlando - 18 hours by car four day stay in Destin, Florida - four flights, two either way five days in Jamaica - four flights, two either way four days in Plymouth Massachusetts - 14 hours by car three days in Gatlinburg, Tennessee - 8 hours by car 2022 update: Five days in St. Lucia, four flights, two either way 2023 update: Las Vegas for four days, four flights total Original review: Plenty of time in the car so that's loading and unloading and rubbing during transport, but eight flights total so far. So that's a dozen flights that they have been handled by the baggage people (initial loading for first flight, transfer to second aircraft, final unload at destination), so these things have seem some action, you know those baggage handlers don't go easy on luggage, not to mention falling down those luggage chutes. There are a few dings and scratches, but absolutely nothing that would make you consider having to buy a new set. I'd go so far as to say I've actually abused the largest bag quite a lot. When we came back from Jamaica we had a lot more stuff (gifts) so we had to purchase a bad to hold all of it. I rolled that large bag through what seemed like endless amounts of airport with two fairly heavy bags on top of this thing, slung around the extendable pull handle. It didn't care at all, it continued to operate just fine. I'm not joking, I feel like I could take a baseball bat to these bags right now and they'd probably be just fine. My parents are going on a cruise this July and I've recommended this set to them. I'd recommend this set to anyone, really. When you finish using them, just nest them together and they only take up as much space as the largest of them. What would I change? That's a hard one, I can't think of much that needs to be reworked with these. Just about the only thing I'd like, is the ability to hook them together to make pushing more than one of them together easier through an airport. I mean, I could do this myself with some 550 cord or some bungee straps, but that would be super ghetto-ish, not to mention that once I no longer need them hooked together, I'd have to stash the bungee cords or rope somewhere, either on myself on in the bags. Now let's imagine the scenario where I have to explain to airport security why I have paracord or bungee straps on my person. 2022 update: Went to St. Lucia for five days, luggage doesn't care, took it like a champ. Used the largest and smallest bag in the set, no cracks, breaks, nothing. Just keeps on rolling and taking all the abuse the airlines throw at them. 2023 update: Las Vegas for four days, four more flights, took just the large one this time. Again, no issues. The bottom line is this; we love these bags, they haven't failed us. They are strong and very easily worth the money. Just pick a color you like and buy now.
