Reframing Organizations: Artistry, Choice, and Leadership [Bolman, Lee G., Deal, Terrence E.] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Reframing Organizations: Artistry, Choice, and Leadership Review: Better than expected condition and fast delivery - This was my second used textbook purchase, and it reinforced how good an experience this can be. The book was listed in very good condition, but honestly, it arrived looking brand new. There were no markings, no wear, and nothing that suggested it had ever been used. The price was significantly lower than buying new, which matters when purchasing multiple textbooks for a graduate program. Shipping was equally impressive. The estimated delivery was 10-12 days, but it arrived within 3-4 days, well ahead of schedule, which gave me a helpful head start on my class reading. The book itself is excellent and will be a valuable resource beyond the class. Between the condition, pricing, and the fast delivery, this was a standout purchase and one that I am very happy with. Review: Great Book - I am enjoying this book as part of a leadership course I am taking. My only criticism is that the pages are detaching from the binding. Hopefully, it will stay together for the last 300 pages.

Reframing organisations is a powerful book, for those of us who are trying to reshape an orgasanition to make it more productive and sustainable. My research field is organisational sustainability and I found this book a great step down to the right path to make organisations sustainables. I found quite interesting the way the authors have pin pointed clearly the different frames(structure, human resources, symbolism and politics) through which one can reframe the organisation according to the context. On the other hand, the book provides insightful ideas on how to go about managing organisations by developing leadership skills such as knowing what is going on, how to balance power and deal with politics issues... I strongly recommend this book for managers and leaders!!!

Content is great, book quality is not
I’ve used the online version through my university but bought a new paper copy. The pages are stuck together on the top - it’s like glue dripped across the top pages of the book. It’s impossible to turn pages without ripping the pages. I thought it was just the first few pages but it seems to be intermittent throughout the book.

All managers/leaders should read
This is a very engaging book on leading organizations and people. It is structured such that you can jump around to sections that are of particular interest or read it from start to finish and enjoy it + get a lot out of it either way. All managers, leaders, and aspiring leaders should read this book!

Very readable
I liked the book. I appreciate the use of real life case studies to illustrate points. It was readable and not dry at all. Frames are an interesting concept I will employ.

I ordered this book as a university course required text and wow, it arrived more quickly than expected and happens to be full of amazing information! Thank you Amazon for having something at less than half the cost that was being charged by the University bookstore!

Book was posted from India and it looks like a cheap reprint of a PDF file. Cover and page print are not straight or aligned. I would highly question its authenticity. Be aware of Medical Store seller.
