I have been only been using this product for a short time but feel better already. I have to attribute it to this OptiBac Probiotics for Every Day Extra. I have much less rumbling and I seem to be able to tolerate a bit more of the foods that seem to set me off. I have IBS with a tremendous amount lower intestinal gas and it does seem to be much better. I hope as time goes on that it will help even more.:)
