Framed Chalkboard Includes Blackboard in Country Craft Frame and Liquid Chalk Marker, 16 x 20 Inches, Black Frame

Nice sturdy wood, good size and color. A little disappointed in the markers. The application is uneven. Even whit the same position and pressure, the lines vary from thick to thin. It's necessary to go back over the thin lines. No problem wiping away the lines. No ghost residue.

This is a quality board. The surface is very smooth, easy to wipe and write on. There are double hangers so that it will be stable when hung. The finish on the wood frame is rustic, like a rubbed edge finish, ie I got black and it isn't very glossy (maybe matte), and the edges are lighter almost antiqued looking. Nicer than the picture makes it appear.The chalk markers are high quality illumigraphs. Overall a very nice purchase. Also, the packaging was superb--every corner had fitted cardboard, was all bubble-wrapped and the box was a custom fit.

This product works, but its not a chalk board. I am not sure how to describe it really. Its cardboard'ish coated in black and then you use a white marker to write on it. If you want to erase you would need to get a wet cloth to do so.

I pulled the trigger on this because I sorely needed one in a specific place. It has met my expectations but truly, $30 too much...

My daughter wanted a small chalkboard for her kitchen and I had shopped some of the local stores to find something that I knew she would like...I couldn't find it..but when I ordered this chalkboard from Amazon, I knew it was EXACTLY what I wanted! My daughter loved it!

We use the board with the many colors of liquid chalk for our developmentally disabled workers being able to read and follow our coffee orders. It works perfectly. We are having fun with it!

DO NOT use a chalk Marker with these. You cannot get it off.
