Why are there two answers for what the ingredients are, some are saying it has citric acid while others aren't, what are the true ingredients?

The reviews and answers are for all of the Bornier mustards showing in the selection option. If you get the Original Organic Dijon, it's water, mustard seeds, vinegar and salt, according to my bottle's label.

Is it made with French mustard seeds or Canadian?

Most French Dijon made in France is made with American mustard seed, because there is not enough French mustard seed to meet world wide demand for Dijon. This works fine without any product issues or difference in quality.

Bornier organic Dijon whole grain coarse mustard is better than this one. The Bornier mustards are not hot like some high concentrated types but are robust in taste with a strong vinegar bite. mike b.
