Oh dude because of this product, I am a firm believer in Dr. Christopher‘s. I really want to get more of his products. But the symptoms that I have are compulsive twitching. I have CPTSD and I drink a lot of caffeine so my nervous system is quite overstimulated. The twitching that I have has been so loud and in your face that I have been really frustrated and figuring out what to do to reduce it. It’s caused me a lot of anxiety. That’s when I found this product and I decided to give it a shot. It’s holistic. It’s all herbal. Pretty much instantly After taking 20 drops which is the recommended dose. I saw a 90% reduction in my twitching. That is insane. And he has a full list of the herbs used on the back. It’s all from mother nature. I will warn you, though it is incredibly spicy And horrible taste. What you wanna do is put 20 drops in a small little cup of water and take it that way. Whatever you do do not put it directly in your mouth. It will burn so bad. Your mouth will be on fire for 10 minutes. Do not do that. It works just fine if you put it in water and take it that way. But this stuff really works. I was going to try the nerve formula as well but both this product and that product have school cap in it and I consulted my doctor and she confirmed that taking too much school cap can create liver damage so I’m just going to finish the antispasmodic formula and then I can try the nerve and see how that goes. For the last 2 years, my daughter has been through digestive fiery misery. What started out slowly as occasional D and vomiting turned into all day every day misery. We took her to specialist after specialist and had her tested for common and rare diseases. The only answers we received were she was allergic to casein, lactose intolerant, and suffered from large ovarian cysts. Removing dairy from her diet and putting her on hormones to control the cysts, didn't solve the vomiting. Everyone was stumped so our pediatrician sent us to a surgeon who agreed to remove her gallbladder. After her gallbladder was out, life changed for her! However, she does still suffer Bile acid malabsorption (which she had before removal). After a month of peace, the vomiting returned. Our doctor suggested she see a psychologist, thinking she's a teen in need of attention. I quickly put that idea to rest, fired him, and found someone else to treat her. About 3 months ago, I found this product and decided to try it. Had nothing to lose! I am happy to report, as long as she applies this to her abdomen and consumes it 3-4 times a day (and also consumes Enterosgel), she does not get nauseous or vomit at all!!! She has been free of any incidents now for 2 months. It's truly a miracle for us and I'm happy we have found something which helps her and isn't a synthetic pill used to cover up the symptoms.

I have received this product with care. I have no complaint about the formula and since I have just started using it, I will have to return to to write about its quality and effect.

I upgraded to this formula after first using only skullcap extract because I could get skullcap locally in a health food store. I can't get Dr Christopher off the shelf anywhere. Having been a student of the School of Natural Healing (I took only the family herbalist course), I put my trust in Dr Christophers Formulas. I began studying natural healing because of MS (multiple sclerosis) like symptoms, and a few months ago began having seizures. I use about 100-120 drops, sometimes without evaporating off the alcohol (mostly helps with taste, I don't know if its me or not but the alcohol actually seems to help it work faster). I have focal seizures, and I have hours of warning signs before the seizure actually happens. One time, skullcap alone failed so I upgraded to this. I love that this works - and is more affordable than standard meds. I can take it anywhere anytime, and I can take it as needed instead of the heavy drugs that incapacitate me. I truly believe in the whole vitalist method of healing, and I will say that I have found all herbal combinations work better when you are eating a wholesome diet. If you aren't following a healing diet regimen then you may or may not have results. Without the diet, the herbs may only work sometimes. When I fall off the wagon so to speak, not only do I have more symptoms and episodes, I also notice that the herbs don't work as well - or it takes double the amount to achieve a result. I have stopped at least 30 seizures with this formula and the same amount with skullcap alone.

I'm glad this stuff works for so many others. Although sadly not for me. I used one dropper full for 5 days and received no results so I tried two droppers full one time and woke up with a hangover type headache, (I haven't ingested an alcohol drink in over 40 years so that maybe the cause for the headache) and no lessening of the spasms, tremors, and anxiety. Edited 08/23/2015 Oh and I wanted to add pertaining to my comment about alcohol this stuff is 45-50 percent alcohol that's 90 to 100 proof in distillers lexicon.

Based on reviews I took a chance. Absolute ZERO effecr even with taking much more per dose. Update... Days later and still zero effect. Maybe one reviewer has my answer... Take often as the effect accummulates. Whatever, my horrible, screaming IC flares are driving me crazy for over a year as drs. casually schedule me months in advance and literally no herbal takes even sn edge off the frequent spasms

As a long time fibromyalgia sufferer, as well as other nerve damages to my shoulder and back, this has been my blessing. I have been using Dr. Christoper since 2019 and it has always gotten me through the flare ups and the worst of my muscle spasms. Don't get me wrong, the test is horrible, but I will drink it down every day, and sometimes multiple times a day, because it still works, and in the end that's all that matters to me.
