Works great and looks like real glass
Really happy with this pitcher. The infuser is easy to use and effective. The size is great, holding plenty of water without taking up a ton of fridge real estate. It also looks like a high end glass pitcher - the acrylic is very clear - while being lightweight

Great Infusion Pitcher
Large capacity infusion pitcher I use daily with fruit, lemon, and mint. Design is elegant while still casual.

Fruity goodness - NO PRESERVATIVES!!!
I was somewhat hesitant at first when purchasing this pitcher because it looks so easy, and I know that fruit can be somewhat difficult to "flavor" things, but my husband is on a hydration kick - and was really wanting something interesting that would make drinking water "fun". Also, there are so many positive reviews on here, I felt it was worth trying. And the results? We LOVE IT!!! We've tried strawberries, lime, blackberries, peach, raspberries, and combinations of these to make fabulous drinks. Some fruits take longer than others. Strawberries start within an hour of being placed in, but other fruits such as peaches may take up to a couple of days. Sometimes, my husband adds a little sugar to the water in the pitcher first before adding the fruit to make an "ade" style drink. Our favorite is adding a smidgen of sugar, squeezing a lime into the water, and then filling the infusion column with cut strawberries and the squeezed lime portions. It makes an amazing "Strawberry Limeade" that gives Minute Maid a run for its money. Plus, we love KNOWING what the ingredients are, rather than wondering what this word or that word means. It really has made me question the quality of the highly-sugared fruit "juices" being sold in grocery stores. How good for you can those be? And for about $2 worth of strawberries, or other fruit, water, and sugar if you wish, you can make very near the same thing with fresher, better quality ingredients in this pitcher!! The fruit stays fresh in the pitcher for up to 7 days, so when you drink it, you can simply refill it again. And what else is awesome about this pitcher? The infusion column screws in and out of the pitcher top so you could use the pitcher without the infusion part at all. Also, it doesn't have to be water. It could be juice for a fruit flavored concoction, or tea for an added character to your tea. This little pitcher has so many options, is EXTREMELY sturdy, and is such a great price...it would be hard not to be pleased! We are already thinking of getting a second one so that one can be "infusing" while we enjoy the other. Hope this helps!

Great pitcher, but don't overfill ice tubeT
This pitcher is delightful, -- the plastic rinses clear and fresh and the fruit infuser and icing tube are both terrific additions! But if you buy one of these, please be careful when filling the ice tube to not go over the fill line. The line is really faint, but findable if you know to look for it. The plastic stopper tends to pop out, but maybe only if filled too full, in which case swelling water volume might push it out. Ideally it all stays tightly together and doesn't need refilling. In my case, the cork on mine popped out after the second use. I found it on the floor, and didn't even know what it was, but put it aside on pantry shelf and was pleased to recall seeing it and "connect" when I noticed water leaking out when I went to refreeze the tube. I plugged it back in, refreshing the water inside, but I seem to have gotten a malfunctioning tube. As next time, not only did the stopper spring out when I opened the freezer, but when I later went to unscrew the tube to refreeze it, found the whole thing broke off at the top seam. This left me holding the bottom with the water in it, with the top still screwed into the pitcher. It was like extracting the collar of a light bulb which has broken off -- hard to get unscrewed. I did finally get the top part out, and could see that the sealer that held the two pieces together had cracked apart. I had kept the box, so could figure out what name/company to Google, and did find a phone number, along with a "replacement parts" chart, which showed tube replacements at $10 for one more and $14 for two more. This apparently includes shipping costs. Since it was a weekend, I could only leave a message for the company about the failure (after not many uses) of my ice tube. I am happy to report that a company person did return my call first thing Monday, reporting very few similar complaints. She referred me to a more senior staffer who said the tube I received was likely faulty and offered to send me a replacement. I trust this is on its way and I can again enjoy my lovely pitcher. I'm still not sure why the seal between the top and bottom of the tube split when I unscrewed it, but I am happy to report that customer service was up to snuff, and prompt to offer to correct the problem! If the problem was exacerbated by too much water freezing inside, I also recommended making the fill line darker and easier to read, and adding consumer instructions that highlight the need to ONLY fill to the marked line. Finally, should there be other customers who have parts that aren't up to standard, I think the contact info for the company should also be clearer on the box and that it might help to also make sure there's at least a name, and model number inscribed somewhere on bottom of the pitcher at least. Otherwise, this delightful, but rather expensive pitcher could become very "un-special" very quickly if any of its parts get broken or go missing. We all have plenty of plain plastic pitchers hanging around, easily and inexpensively replaced at the corner grocery! This one is very special and a delight to use, as long as all its parts keep working!

The look is good. Idea is great. Quality is fine. But somethings not right with the design. First of all, I’ve read complaints about the cover being stuck - it is true, in my first attempt I spent too long trying to remove the cover, and if you want to use with the ice beaker you’ve got to make sure the cover stays snug so it doesn’t pop up during use and create a mess. I figured out a good fix for the tight cover issue though - there are 2 notches on the cover at one end opposite the spout. I tie a string through these holes and leave the strings out so that I can easily remove the cover with just one pull at the strings. My complaint isn’t about the cover. It is about the amount of tilt needed to pour a drink. One great thing about this jug is the pour is clean - there are minimum to no drips. But once your jug is past the halfway mark you gotta tilt it over 180degrees to pour your drink out. So you have to make sure you hold the cover with one hand in case it falls out, while taking care not to spill at that odd angle. Seems like an accident waiting to happen. So much so that I won’t trust leaving the jug out for guests to use, and that really defeats its purpose. That’s a shame ‘cos it’s otherwise very well made. Maybe the shape needs to be changed so that you don’t have to tilt so dramatically to pour a simple drink.
