No leaky capsules
I believe that vitamin E is a good blood thinner. There is no great evidence of its abilities in the way of clinical trials, so taking 1000 IU of this daily is at the level of a religious belief, with no good science to back it up. My doc told me that if I chose to take Vit E, that it should be mixed tocopherols, which this is. And so, of its kind, this is a good product - whether you should take, or require 1000 IU of Vitamin E daily is something that you will need to decide.

Carlson is an old company that wants to put out and make the top vitamin E product and they accomplish this with this product. Wiyh Carlson you know you are getting the best

Carlson puts out nothing but good products. I have hypersensitive Celiac Disease, react to all grains and have to be very careful of what I take. Haven't had any problems with these. Am very happy with them.

Vitamin D not so scary as you are lead to belive
I take this every day, sometimes twice a day. I'm an elementary school teacher and I rarely get sick. Best vitamin D supplement out there!
