Well, as you can see from the pictures (haha) this is more than large enough for your face! It's nice and comfortable because the gel beads get cold but never uncomfortably frozen. The inner lining is like a soft velour material that is nice. The straps are velcro and adjustable and fit easily around the head. Or just lay down and you don't even need to use them. It even comes with an extra little one that I can use on my neck. Great for after my long night shifts when my patients are screaming bloody murder all night and my head is absolutely pounding. Really really happy with this! So much better than a cheap little drug store ice pack.

Great product...I actually bought to use for cooling my skin during a rosacea break out, it’s very soothing. I appreciate the soft cloth side that rests on your face and the Velcro fasteners so you can use sitting up or walking around. I also intend to heat this In hot water and use when I have a sinus headache.

Love the fact that this has a felt lining to it. Take out of the freezer and put it on. No waiting because it's too cold. Once it cools of to much flip it over and keep using it.

The extra handheld ice/heat pack is a nice addition. For the most part it works and the mask maintains a decent temperature for about 10 minutes. The most annoying thing about the mask is the straps. The top straps are kind of secure, but they go right above your ear and if you take it off too quickly, you can give your ears a paper cut. They bottom straps basically go around the chin and neck so it hangs very loosely.Edit:However, customer service is amazing. They contacted me and addressed my issues promptly.

This multi-use mask is great because you can use it both hot or cold which is exactly what I was looking for.When I have sinus pressure or eye strain, I put this in the microwave for 20 seconds to warm up and the heat from the mask provides relief and feels relaxing. I also use this in the morning sometimes when my face looks puffy. To de-puffI wash my face, apply serum and then put this mask on (after cooling it for 15-20 mins in the freezer). The coolingeffect helps reduce any redness or puffiness. I also like that this mask comes with elastic straps as that reallyhelps to keep the mask from slipping off. The only small downside is that sometimes I find the velcro pulls at some of my hair. To avoid this, I usually put my hair in a ponytail or bun before using the mask. Overall, a great productfor relaxation and self care. Look forward to many more uses.

the coldness of the mask lasts long enough for sure to cool down my face when it is overheated

I purchased this to help ice my face to reduce inflammation in acne on my cheeks. Unfortunately the width of the mask only covers half my cheeks. From the picture you can see it leaves about half without any contact with cooling beads so it is basically not going to do what I bought it to do.It also does not stay in place with the straps so you must use the mask while lying on your back or it falls down.The lining that touches your face is a felt fabric, which feels nice but will have to wash by hand if it gets dirty. Will most likely want to add a towel in between but then the eye and nose holes will be covered.At this point I will probably go back to using my rectangle gel pack and ice one cheek at a time.

Not a big fan of the felt lining, it wasn’t cold enough for me even with it coming out the freezer. However I just flipped the mask and use the side with the beads on my face. Overall great product.
