These bands are good quality and very useful for assisted pull-ups. I'm a big guy - 6'4" and 215lbs - so pull-ups are something I struggle with. I used the combo of #2 and #4 together, which seems to provide about 50lbs or so of assistance. The two-band strategy is great because it will allow me to scale down as I improve my upper body strength. Definitely recommend this product!
