Strong motor, great feel, easy to use even with the horsepower on max. Doubles as a outboard motor on our boat when we aren't producing 10 gallons/week of oil based dressing. Will definitely buy the next bigger one when our production increases. Only used it for 3 weeks but can tell already that it will last, very solid design. Reluctant at first because of the relatively low price and because we use it commercially on a regular basis but it has already paid for itself with time saved using a table top unit, one liter at a time. Tested it out with 5 gallons of water and oil and slightly smaller than golf ball sized whole radishes. Had to tilt the blender at a 30 degree angle at first to allow the blades to engage the radishes, but after doing that for 3 seconds stood it back up and it turned the mixture into a pink liquid with no visible pieces of radish bigger than half a millimeter, about as close to total homogination as we need. Also was able to let go of the unit completely hands free as it creates tremendous suction at the bottom of the 20 liter plastic container we used. Controls are easy and self evident but might startle you the first time it fires up, puts a smile on your face as you become present to what you are holding. Only thing I can say negative about the company is that they should spend more money on advertising so I would have been aware of this sooner. Thanks to your engineering dept. at Waring and Amazon for making it so easy to order, shipped free and on time.

This heavy duty work horse can do everything needed in your restaurant! We use this to make over 40 gallons of sauce each day and it never disappoints! We love the variety of attachments and adjustable speeds for the type of mixing we are doing. Max power and best in class quality!

I cook for my dog (a huge commitment!) and make two 20 qt stockpots of pureed chicken stew at a time. I used to use a much smaller, less powerful handheld blender and it took a while to get the dog food to the chunky point and would take much longer to puree. This blender did the job in a minute. The vortex it creates in the pot is incredible. Money well spent, so far. I don't know about the longevity factor because I only used it a couple times but I believe in Waring and trust this blender will give my dog, Gabby, many years of homemade chicken dinners! I am a happy camper.

I returned the item via UPS on June 1, 2024 and was delivered on June 4, 2024. To this date, I have not received my refund. I did not expect such poor customer service from a reputable company like Waring, but I stand corrected. I do not recommend buying from them unless you want to be frustrated when it comes time for a refund. Updates: Well, what do you know? After I sent my review, they issued a refund, but not the full refund amount. They charged me almost $87.00 in undisclosed restocking fee. Not only did the product did not perform as claimed, they conveniently did not state anywhere on the roduct advertisement that there is a restocking fee if the item does not not their false claims. I am still trying to find out how to file a dispute with Amazon.

Blends so well and quickly. I love that I don't have to keep the safety switch depressed manually, like others I've used. You just get started and go until you're done. I hope it lasts!
