LOOK ELSEWHERE - gets completely coated in MOLD every two days / stopped working in 7 months
Update:Owned for a full 7 months and now it doesn't turn on. Made entirely of plastic so now I am stuck throwing away a big hunk of plastic. :( I have been trying so hard to buy products that are good quality (and almost never made of plastic) and that last, so I'm not adding to the plastic pollution problem - I'm super disappointed. Look for a better quality product elsewhere.Original (2 star) review:At first I thought that this was a bit annoying to use--the power adapter plugs in on the bottom, so in order to fill it you either have to make a two trips with the cup they include or bring the whole unit to the sink to fill it up and then try to plug it back in when it's full of water--but now I hate it.Sure it looks great... but it started to grow mold all over it within a week! Maybe if it was easy to clean it wouldn't be such a hassle, but every other day it takes about 20 minutes to scrub all the little pieces and all the little holes on those little pieces to get the mold off, and there are already a few places where it has impregnated the plastic itself and cannot be removed. In my images I am showing you an inferior (from below) view of the top part of the humidifier; there are actually two plastic pieces there that have heaps of crevasses and nooks and crannies and you pull the first one off and then the second and then clean all the bits separately. I have tried soaking it in vinegar, placing it in direct sunlight to kill the mold, pouring in a weak bleach solution, and finally running vinegar through it (the house smelled awesome) but nothing keeps the mold from coming back and I obviously can't use it when it is going to release mold spores into my air. I have owned two other humidifiers prior to this one and used them in the exact same location using the exact same water and neither of those ever had this issue. I only purchased this one because I thought it might help the congestion from my allergies (to MOLD - the irony) if I could put some Olbas essential oils in it while I sleep, but if it's actually distributing the mold into my air it is useless.Highly suggest you look at other models - I've had Vicks humidifier for years and they work great! They may not be as attractive as the Anjou model, but it doesn't matter how attractive it is if it is spreading mold in your air.

Updated Review
UPDATE:I initially had an issue with my first diffuser and Anjou customer service was amazing. They reached out really fast and offered a replacement that came super fast. The new one works beautifully and I am so happy with it! I have been using it every day and it always fills my apartment with the aroma I use! Definitely recommend the product and am happy I purchased from a company with such amazing customer service.—-Really upset. Was super excited about this product because my sister has one and hers works amazing. She showed me how to use it and I read the directions and we did it all right. Can’t smell it at all unless I put my nose on top of it. Waste of money :(

Loved it so much I bought a second one
The oil reservoir is brilliant design and dispenses perfect amt of oil throughout the day. I was going to get a smart diffuser for the bedroom but I can't get past how well this one works.I read a review about mold and this NEVER HAPPENS to me unless I'm lazy and don't clean it. It's not rocket science, grab a bottle brush and clean it: it comes apart and is easy to clean.

Quiet & effective
Very quiet which was my main concern before purchasing. Holds 2 cups of water and does a really good job. The lights can be turned off for sleeping with only the power button lit which hasn’t been a problem. I am very happy with this purchase.

Boooo.....
I’ve had this diffuser since July, no one (including myself) can smell the oil. And I use Doterra which is very expensive. I used 30+ drops every time. I continued to use it however as for some reason I was hoping we just had bad noses. Well the last few days the light just blinks, I keep checking the water level and it’s not going down which means it doesn’t work. I’m so disappointed as I’ve only had this for 6 months... I broke down and bought a Doterra, maybe spending a few more dollars will make the difference.
