The miniature flood lights were perfect for my lava lamp that I bought from Walmart that had been opened bulb broken while being installed. I was amazed that Amazon had the exact replacement. Price was quite reasonable and came very quickly

Bought a souvenir lamp and within a short e the bulb burnt out. Bought a lave lite replacement bulb, but that was only 20W, not 30W, so the lava bubbles only went 1/2 way up the column before dropping back down, as the heat output was insufficient. These bulbs are rated 30W, so the lamp works correctly So one of the bulbs has already burnt out after what seems a very short time, but it's possible it may have been left on for several days, but still seems a very short lifespan, so have knocke doff 1*. Will track the 2nd bulb better to see how long it actually lasts

Yes the light bulb fits and what it used per the recommendations for my Lava Lamp however, first day the lava was moving great. Second day and onward the Lava is moving very slow and acts as if the bulb is not putting off enough heat.

This is just what the Doctor ordered. After the original bulb in my lava lamp burned out, I replaced it with a 25 watt bulb that was supposed to be a direct match for the original. The lamp became listless and the lava hardly moved from the bottom. With this 30 watt bulb, the little bit of extra heat flow to the lava makes it move it the entertaining and fascinating way that you want it to.
