Great replacement motor for Bosch 12V drill
I purchased this to replace a burned-out motor in my trusty Bosch 12V drill and it works like a charm. Time will tell if it last. In the meantime, this motor replacement just saved me $70+ by not having to buy a new drill.

It also did not light on fire... I don't know what else they are expecting here.

Edit - cannot function under even light load
Update: In less than 1 hour of use the motor has lost all torque and stalls when when load is applied. It's so bad that I can stop the drill from spinning with my hands by holding the chuck. That was some good money down the pipe. First the good - this motor work as replacement for a burned out motor in my Bosch 12 Volt pocket drill/driver. While it works find in speed 2, it does not work properly in speed 1 because the gear on the shaft is narrower on the motor I received than the one pictured and there is a gap between the body of the motor and the gear which does not allow speed 1 gears within the Bosch Drill to completely engage. Since I mostly use my drill on the higher, speed 2 anyway, I will keep this motor but just a heads up to others. Considering that this motor was priced higher than other aftermarket motors listed on Amazon, I expected it to be at least as pictured.

Just as powerful as original
Easy for me to take apart and put back together since I have done many electric motors in the past. I would not recommend replacing these if you do not have the experience.

It’s cheap and work well enough
I replace the motor in a Bosch screw gun with this. It fit well and it works but it’s kinda of a rough running motor. Has that magic smoke kinda smell about it. Probably wouldn’t use in my main make a living drill.

2nd delivery was the right Motor
Bosch tools. instead of buying a new drill for 120 a new motor for 20 The reason why it broke I dropped a good 5 feet on concrete so the magnet inside the otor crunched the plastic fan to cool the motor while using replacement was like 10 minutes of work

My old motor broke. This one fits perfect on my Bosch 12V. It works as the old motor.
