I enjoy using it and it's helping me with my timing and consistency. Not sure on the quality of elastic string, however, they send an additional set.

Awesome product but not very durable

Great training tool. Awesome for hand and eye coordination. Not intended to be swung on with full power but this makes a great addition if you want to spice up your shadow boxing routine.

It doesn't have an adjustable or elastic head strap and the strap it does have is very small. It doesn't come close to fitting my head.

Excellent training tool.

Dangerous even with protective glasses on, without glasses it can take your eye out easily. Also protection gear needed for the groin area.. Wouldn't recommend.

Don't try it in public the first time if you don't want to look like an idiot. But once you get the hang of it it's pretty fun! I could see this becoming a sport of its own.
