Disappointment start to finish! Avoid!
The beard oil arrived leaking, completely soaking the packaging. I ordered the Oud & Patchouli scent, but what spilled out smelled nothing like either - it smelled like cooking oil combined with grease. I had to wash my hands immediately.I requested a refund and followed the return process by dropping the parcel at the suggested location. A week later, the return status still says “awaiting drop off,” so now it seems the parcel is lost in limbo.From poor product quality to a broken return process, this has been a frustrating and frankly awful experience from beginning to end. Would not recommend!

Good quality oil, but poorly packaged
I bought it as a present and I was disappointed, the label was slapped on all wrinkly and the packaging was not presentable and I was embarrassed to gift it, for the price it costs it’s unacceptable. The oil itself smells nice and is good quality. Softens the beard well and works better than other brands tried.

Beardtastic
Absolutely gorgeous fragrance. I bought this for the BF and he loves it. Ive bought Captain Fawcett’s in the past but decided to give this a try for a change. The glass bottle is fabulous as it’s in the shape of a black skull, which will probably be used as a candle holder once finished. It comes complete with a handy glass pipette/dropper. It’s in a lovely box with black shredded paper which compliments the packing so is ideal for a present. It really smells lovely, not over powering. I think it was worth the price and I’m looking forward to seeing how nice it makes the beard feel, a couple more uses and I think it will be silky smooth.

Leaked in the packaging but good quality
Cons - Oil leaked within the cardboard tube despite the seal being in tact and packaging not damaged.Pros - Oil smells great and is good quality. The bottle is unique and looks good.
