Accurate and easy to use
It's proactive and sensitive to our office space. The front door opens and closes constantly, so knowing whether the air quality is compromised or good is very important. Such a great monitor!

lets me know if air inside house is good or bad and if air purifiers are working
meter works really good, i use it all the time to see if air purifiers in my home are actually working. these California fires really have us thinking a lot about air quality, so this if the perfect product to make sure outside air pollution is not coming into the house in large quantities.

Stopped working right after Amazon return window
Worked fine until just after the 30 day Amazon return window. I plugged it in to charge and it never turned on again.The warranty not only requires the customer to pay for shipping, but also to send your credit card details on a sheet of paper in the return package so they can bill for an unlisted return shipping charge. This kind of intentionally unpleasant warranty process drives me crazy, so I'm leaving this review instead.

Replace the included cable
Does what it claims, but giving it a 4-star review due to bad design with the charging port. As other users have stated it charges slow, only lasts 2-3 days, and the cable that it comes with is not at an up-angle to the port. This meanings that you can't have the device plugged in and on it's tiny support stand at the same time without replace the cable. Something like this should be designed to be plugged in or last a significantly longer amount of time on batteries.

Not as smart as I had hoped. Very dim display if below chest level.
Smart, in today's marketplace, implies smartphone accessible. This item is not smart phone accessible. The stand up foot broke when taking the unit out the the packaging. Yes, it seems responsive to changing environmental conditions. Seems overpriced for what it is. It is a temperature, CO2, and humidity sensor, not much more.The display is dreadfully dim. It is almost unreadable if below chest level. The dark blue temperature and humidity display color makes it even harder to read.

Pro level accuracy
This meter is definitely very accurate and reads super quick. I have a very expensive Psychometer and tested it against this meter and they were exactly the same...great product!!!

Not impressed
The stand up arm came broken and the battery only lasts a couple hours despite being charged overnight.

This meter is bigger than I thought it was. The display is lit and bright. The numbers can be read easily from a ways away. There’s an alarm switch. Added bonus: it’s made in the US!
