Don't have it directly in front of me but about 4x3 inches. 4" long and 3" wide

what else do i have to buy in addition to the tubing? it doesn't look like the tubing comes with the hand pump

How long should thus be used?

As far as in one sitting...so to speak. It depends on what you are looking for. If what want to get just a little thick and swollen, a few minutes will do. On the other hand if you want to go extreme you can go longer. You can also release the vacuum and if you want more, put it right back on. Most of the ladies I have assisted with it, generally get addicted to it. Just be careful, and if there is any discomfort release it. Generally in a couple hours or so most of the swelling is gone.
