Saw a few reviews talking about it being smaller so I included a picture. Not sure if they have bigger heads or were sent a different product but this very much covers most of my face, just like the picture. I've used it frozen, cold from the fridge, and warmed in the microwave. It performs as expected. The cloth cover is comfortable and soft. It is a pain in the ass to get onto the mask, which is my only complaint about the product. I've been able to just leave it on the mask when I put it into the fridge or microwave and it's just fine. The freezer is a different story, but that's to be expected. The gel also does indeed stay somewhat pliable, which was a nice surprise to me. I can Velcro the mask nice and tight and it curves perfectly around my face without issue. As far as how long it stays cold/hot: From the freezer, I found it easily stayed cold for the 15 mins I use it for. Same goes for from the fridge. Honestly, I have started keeping it in the fridge as the freezer is just too cold for me (temp sensitivities), but the fridge is perfect and it accomplishes what I need. For heat, I only use that for 5 mins and it stays warm just fine. Putting it on for 30 secs total (5 secs at a time per instructions) seems to be a good butter zone. Only 5 or 10 secs more made it far too hot for me. It does seem to cool a bit faster with only 30 secs, but again, it lasts the 5 mins I need it for. Wasn't a fan of adding in the smaller pads. I noticed a lot of other migraine users mentioning how it got deeper into the eye socket. For me, even without it I can feel the cold in there, and the added pads were uncomfortable. But, certainly worth trying. I still get use out of them keeping them in the freezer for any bumps and scraps someone gets. Overall, this mask is exactly what I needed and then some. It's been perfect for migraines and eye strain. It's comfy, lasts for what I need, and seems very well made and designed. Would fully recommend.

Really happy with this purchase. Eye Mask is a good size, stays cold, and is flexible enough to shape. It’s a little stiff after removing from freezer, but perfect after gently massaging it. I found the small, round ice packs were perfect for spots that were otherwise difficult to ice. Recently had some procedures done on my face that requires frequent icing for a couple of weeks on tender tissues. I tried other ice packs prior to this purchase, this was a definite upgrade in comfort and ease of use.

Perfect as advertised.

I got this before eye surgery. This is much more comfortable than a one size fits all regular ice pack, adjusts easily to accommodate my nose. It works great! The fuzzy side is comfortable and it doesn’t freeze too cold. The cold temperature is just right. I have another brand that gets too cold and it has to sit before I can use it. My daughter has been using it for her migraines and is very pleased with the results. My only issue, I have a very large head and the Velcro strap is a bit short for me

Strap too short. More complicated than it needs to be. In order to use the cold feature you must feed the entire mask into a small black bag. Why not just put cloth on one side. Returning

Purchased these to help with swelling after eyebrow surgery. This worked really well, stayed cold for long periods of time, relieved soreness and swelling.

I bought this when I got septoplasty and sinus surgery two weeks ago. I really appreciated the two small circle ice packs as I could put them on either side of my nose. The large pack, I could fold and kind of create a tent I’ve pack to put around my nose to still get the benefit of the ice pack without laying it directly on my nose which hurt too much and wasn’t helpful. After a few days of sleeping upright in a chair, I got the worst neck strain ever and couldn’t turn my head without pain. Which is super neat when my nose, throat, and sinuses were still killing. This thing majorly came to the rescue then because I could heat it up and wrap it around my neck and place it in the areas where it really hurt. It really helped!

I had a blepharoplasty on my eyelids and this mask is the best of the best. The quality is great... the actual mask wraps around and secures as tight as you would like-which helps with the compression of the cold onto the tissue to reduce swelling. The little extra eye pads are perfect to really get the cold into the orbital area to reduce swelling after eyelid surgery as well. Last but not least, the black cover that comes with the pack feels so soft on my skin and delicate eye area. 10/10 rating from a nurse who had a surgical procedure. 👍🏼

Product arrived all good from a distant place. I tried it right away. So far, it is soft and remain flexible when put in the freezer. It cost more than the others but I am satisfied with the shape, flexibility and softer feel to the skin. Thank you.

Para el modo de compresa fría dura bastante tiempo (+20 min) y eso me agrada. Que venga con otro par de geles circulares también es otro plus que se agradece. Son de buena calidad respecto a construcción. Solamente un poco complicado para que se acomode a mi rostro. Pero en general los recomiendo.
