Great Product, well built, great price
I just received my inversion table and put it together today. Takes about 40 minutes. I would recommend a ratchet wrench, will make things easier. If not, the tools they give you will work just will take much longer. The directions are clear, concise, no missing parts, all parts are labeled well and actually greased! You may not think that's important but if you've ever had an issue with a screw that gets stuck in the treads? good luck getting it out, so anyway. So let's get to the actual product. I am a retired Chiropractor and have always recommended inversion tables for help with stretching or decompressing your low back. I specialized in treatments of herniated and bulging discs as well as various forms of stenosis. (IYKYK) Decompression and Class IV laser therapy heals the disc completely. So having the table is part one for getting the relief you need. It will not cure the disc but it will stabilize it. Use this machine for 2-3 minutes completely inverted, if you just use flat or a little more than 180 degrees then you can stay for up to 8 minutes. I caution staying up side down too long as this could change the pressure in the carotid sinuses, which balance blood pressure in your brain, an ultimately be the cause of increased headaches or dizziness. Use slowly in the beginning and be naturally cautious. So this machine is well, made, well constructed. I'm 6'1", 250 lbs and it holds me very comfortably. No reason to spend more money, this one works great! I got mine for $124 you can't beat it, if it lasts 2 years I've got my monies worth! Hope this helps with your decision

Best purchase ever
The best purchase I ever made. It was delivered 3 days earlier then said, easy to assemble, very durable and stable, I had just hurt my back and could barely walk, I got on this thing for only like 2 minutes and as soon as I got off I felt 80% better I could walk, stand, sit, move. I highly recommend this product if u have a bad back!

4 ½ Stars. Well Made, Amazing Results!
It preforms exactly as expected, it is sturdy and well made. Setup and use are quick and easy.Assembly took about 45 minutes and is pretty straightforward as long as you follow the instructions. The only slight issue I have with the ankle holders. I found the reverse method to be much more comfortable with the rubber-foam round cushions on the outer pegs, grabbing the shin and top of the foot, instead of the way the instructions show, with the plastic cup cushions on the outer pegs. Also, it would be nice if the ankle clamp mechanism had finer a finer adjustment range. I feel it's either too tight or a little loose (Which is how I use it) but snug would probably feel better. If I wear thick or double socks it's just right, so no biggie. The results are amazing, I felt noticeable reduction in my back pain after the first minute of use and after a few treatments the pain was almost completely gone! I wish I bought it years ago...Overall, it is a great product, especially for the price.

Amazing quality for the price.
Tried out a fancy Teeter in a store before taking a risk on this and was delighted to discover there are very few compromises for 1/4 the price. All the importantant features are there - it's solid, heavy, comfortable, and easy-peasey to lock your ankles in. It comes in one surprising small (and heavy) box but after reading the instructions carefully it took about an hour to assemble. Definitely helped to have a regular sized 13mm socket and box wrench.

Life altering! Best $ I've ever spent! Highly recommended!
This is the one I bought after many many hours of research. The price was unbelievably low, and I would pay more knowing what I know now!!! The thing I didn't like about the Body Max IT6000 and similar models is the table isn't padded and there is no neck/head rest. Beware of models without padding and headrest. Very dangerous!I chose this specific model because:It is the 2014 model so they've worked out the issues that still exist with many in this price range. You don't need to wear a belt around your waist; there are no belts on it anywhere. Belts are not as safe. The degrees of inversion, height settings, etc. are set with very strong ball knobs and backed up with easy to insert/remove safety pins.Easily adjustable padded ankle slots. Can use with or without shoes/socks. Does not hurt my ankles (I have no pre-existing ankle problems or swelling. Inversion tables can be hard on people with bad ankles. Ask your Dr. first if this is a problem for you.)Easily adjustable height for perfect positioning of nearly any size person (see height specs for exact range)It moves slowly and easily both going back and coming up--you don't want to fly to the upside down position and you don't want to have to pull hard to get yourself back up. This is center of gravity oriented. I hold onto the handles, but it goes back slowly and smoothly. Getting back up takes very little effort. VERY IMPORTANT!It was rated very easy to put together, and it was!!!! That's a huge issue. Instructions were good, assembly was logical and not complicated. Husband did it in about an hour or less and didn't curse. ;)Holds up to 300 lbs (most are limited to 200 or 250) which just tells me it's very sturdy.I can stand it up behind a door to get it out of the way. Not a huge space hog.My brother has the one you see on TV for about $700 and he hates it. No padding, no control over tilt degrees/speed, hard to get back up.I LOVE THIS TABLE!!!!!This product has literally changed my life!! My neck and hips are in terrible shape from years of abusing my back at work, in sports, sleeping on bad mattresses/pillows, wearing bad shoes, you name it. For me, a few minutes of inversion once or twice a day is better than thousands of dollars worth of chiropractic care. I no longer use a chiropractor and I am no longer living in chronic pain! I also use it stretch before and after exercising, which I can now do again because I'm not terrified of injuring my back any more.I cannot overstate the value of the decision to buy this particular inversion table, or the importance of the specific features this one provides for your safety and comfort. Two of my friends bought one just because they could see how much better I was after I bought it, and I couldn't shut up about it. They are both as thrilled as I am.Pros: Cost; ease of assembly; ease and comfort of use; ease of storage considering size; not heavy--easy to push around; value to my entire body; no more chronic neck/back/hip pain (so I sleep much better!)Cons: None that I can find.[...]
