Cool Idea, just not completely worth the cost.
This is a "fun" product and cool to give someone just to have a good time. I bought about 10 of these over time and have never found any diamonds/gold, even if I had they are always so tiny that they would be nearly worthless anyway. So, yeah I probably wouldn't buy again unless just for party favors or something.

Small cube of wood inside
I bought this for my son for Christmas and after he chipped away at it, all that was inside was a small block of wood. He was pretty disappointed- at least put some type of fancy looking rock in there to make it seem special! A piece of wood is pretty lame.

We dug a diamond!
Super cute- we bought two of them for our kids for Christmas, they both love dig it surprises. Lo and behold, we found a diamond! Of course we didn’t get that lucky twice and the older one found a picture jasper instead... she’s a little less pleased than her sister, but the process was still fun.I do wish they put an estimated value on the diamond though! Even if it’s $10 that’s cool to know.

Don’t do it over a sink it will clog the drain.
Not impressed at all. Low quality and big disappointment. Grandson was not happy.
