Quite firm. Half cup. I personally like a little more material for enhancement, but overall good quality.

They sagged to the bottom of my bras like sandbags ☹️

These definitely give lift, but they're thicker than I expected. I'd prefer them thinner, but that's just me. If they were thinner, they'd get a better rating from me. They're so thick they aren't comfortable to wear and look strange in bra/under clothes.

I got exactly what I ordered. I just wanted some gel inserts I've had them before but paid over $30 for the pair I had before and after a few years they finally gone to garbage but these are exactly like the ones I paid a whole lot of money for I mean exactly to the t exactly the same. Make my tiny little chest actually look worth looking at! 😁

My favorite inserts!!! I’ve had a few sets of silicone inserts, I wear them with everyday bras and bathing suits, really good for suits being water proof, these are my favorite that I’ve owned, a little small but that’s what I needed for my bikinis, not worried about them poking out because their not super long like others if that makes sense, they FEEL like good quality
