How much do you use, in comparison to canned green chilis?

We don't use it as a replacement for canned chilis, but as you would the red chili powder. Usually in dry mixes such as fiesta ranch mix or home made chili powder.

Have the chiles been roasted & peeled before being turned into a powder?

You know it would be hard to tell because it's just a fine green powder. It was recommended to me. But it's still a bit hot so if you like hot foods, you might love it. The first one I ordered was hot. That one sits in my kitchen and smokes! I can eat hot food.

Dr. Gundry seems to think hatch roasts., peels..and de-seeds the product???
