Champion Women's Extended Size 6-Pack Performance Low Cut Socks

Wearing a size 9 shoe, I often just bought regular sized socks because they are much easier to find, and usually seemed to be fine. When I finally decided to try the correct size socks (AND UNDERSTAND THAT SOCK AND SHOE SIZES ARE NOT AT ALL COMPARABLE!) I was really surprised that getting the correct size socks made a big difference in how my feet feel at the end of the day! AT first I thought that they were to large because I am used to pulling a sock on pretty hard to make it fit. When I tried pulling these on the heel seemed to come up past my real heel and I thought," well there you go these are too big. Then I decided to readjust the sock so that the heel was in its proper place, fully expecting to get that uncomfortable wrinkle in your shoe during the day. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! ALSO I WAS SURPRISED THAT MY FEET FELT MUCH BETTER AT THE END OF A LONG DAY! Apparently the shorter sock put more pressure on my toes by my habit of pulling them on to make it fit my foot, WHICH I REALLY BELIEVED IT DID! Wearing only a size 9- 91/2 shoe, I am on the smaller size of the range of the larger sock size so really didn't expect to see a big difference. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE! Even that seemingly small difference has blown me away. The larger sock size is not as available in your standard stores and the fact that I could get them easily at Amazon, in lots of styles, has made me a believer in the big difference a small change can make! Wish I hadn't waited so long to realize that! Maybe my ingrown toenails would have thanked me a lot sooner! I have probably blamed some shoes unfairly because of wearing the wrong sock size! There's an expensive mistake!

I highly recommend these socks for women who have fatter than average feet. The length looked too long when nicely packaged in the cardboard but once they were put on they fit like a glove and were not too long at all. I wear a size 9.5 EE shoe and these socks are great for my feet. I am diabetic so it's a must that I don't have uncomfortable socks such as those where you feel the toe seam. I only feel the seam when I am flexing my toes but I barely feel it. I've worn these socks (previously bought from the champion site) and they are quite comfortable and do not shift in the shoe. Remember, these socks are in the "extended sizes" meaning they are wider and probably a little longer than the average sock. So if you wear a shoe size 8 to 12 these should fit fine.Love these socks! I recommend them to anyone who has larger then average feet. Amazon had a great price for them as they (as of the date of my purchase) were $4 cheaper before shipping. I have Prime so I get free 2 day shipping on Amazon orders. So buying here saved me a bunch of money.

I wear a size l0 shoe and they are the very same size as the 9s I have from years ago so I have no idea when they started changing the sizes. ANYWAY, these socks are not as roomy as I expected. Don't know how they'll fit after being washed. But, they are comfortable and feel plush when you walk. I have the habit of pulling on low cut socks to wear around the house and even onto the patio or the courtyard so I'm hard on socks. I ordered 12 pair of these and hope they will continue to fit and hold up. Not as big as I expected them to be but they pulled on easily. Perhaps if they were larger they would ride down and off my foot???

My daughter likes a good, thick sock because she REALLY doesn't want her bare foot touching the floor. AT ALL! These are hard to find because honestly, unless you can afford to spend $10.00/pair for socks, your going to get a thin, cheaply made sock. Not the case here! These socks are nice and thick, they hold their shape VERY well after washing and the price CANNOT be beat. I also ordered the CHAMPION 3-Pack High Performance Low Cut Socks at the same time because we weren't sure which type she liked. These have a grey colored heel and they are a nice sock as well, but she says they are too thin on TOP. So, they give you that extra support in the heel and toe, (which is important) but not on the upper. Cooler maybe? You decide, but overall, they are both good quality socks, just different and I will keep both. The grey will now be mine 😃

These socks fit snugly and comfortably. I purchased them for my walking exercise and there is no slippage or bunching, as my high cotton content socks have done in the past. They wash well, and I am very satisfied with them. As far as fit goes, I wear a men's size 7 1/2 4E walking shoe; and they fit me perfectly. Someone with a longer foot may have a problem with them being too short. The cuff at the ankle in the back is just above the top of my shoe. Someone with a longer foot or a higher shoe might have a problem with the cuff not being high enough. I can't speak to how they wear. I haven't had them long enough.

I bought these after reading the reviews, One in particular which was the deciding factor was from a reviewer who stated they had several foot surgeries. I too have had several surgeries, On my toes so I really needed good comfortable socks, without having to pay a LOT of money! These fit great, like a glove BUT not tight and uncomfortable. I normally wear between a size 9 to a size 9.5 in shoes, These are very comfortable, Not a heavy sock, but NOT flimsy either, so works out to be a perfect combination of cushion. I included a few pictures to show how well these (extended size) fit. Not all all big, bulky, or hanging off my foot. Heel and toe fit well. Like I said, PERFECT :) Another added bonus was the low price on Amazon. As always, Amazon ROCKS for low prices, fast shipping, and awesome customer service when needed.

Not a whole lot to say about socks. These seem well made. I like that the colored portion is small and hidden by shoes so you don't actually have to match them to anything...plain white socks are so boring...Initially, when I opened the package, it looked like the sock is to be worn as a low-cut ankle sock. I was disappointed b/c i wanted just low/normal ankle (if that makes sense)like the picture shows. It seemed like the heel portion was in the wrong place to wear them the way I wanted to at first...which is why maybe others found them to be way to big? They just needed to be pulled up higher?Anyhow--they fit me great--size 8 1/2 normal/narrow foot. Comfortable--would order again.
