Just what was needed!
I have a blood pressure monitor that just EATS batteries. It, fortunately, also accepts AC power. However, after just a couple of years, I noticed the wire leading into the jack to the device was breaking and before I could figure out what happened, one side of the dual-wire broke entirely.This, with the multiple plugs available and the multiple settings for output power was just what I needed. Once I was able to see the symbol for the power requirements of the port (TINY printing), I chose this device as a replacement.I wasn't sure which of the two largest ports to use as both seemed to fit. I chose the 2nd largest, fearing the other might be too tight and get stuck in! It worked fine!I'm now able to bypass expensive AAA batteries and can use this elsewhere if needed.The only negative (and that is not worth a decrease in stars) is that the wire is flat 2-part. I feel that if it were round, it would be stronger and last longer.

Ordered for my daughter’s karaoke machine. Switched to the right voltage and it works perfectly. She’s even used it for other things now having the other plugins.

Worked perfectly! I was looking for an adapter with a 3.5 mm jack for an old toy. It worked great, plus, I now have adapters for many other electronic applications. It’s a winner!

Running hot
I had some Christmas LED lights operating on three 1.5 V batteries and tired of replacing the batteries I thought about an alternative. This one works okay, providing that you do some splicing and mind the polarity.My only concern is that the unit is getting pretty hot - I mean at least 105 F. If this is how is supposed to work and it will run forever (well, for the duration of the Holidays) I would increase my ratings to five stars.In the meantime...
