Can this be connected to an existing Kidde smoke alarm?

Hello. This alarm can be wired together with an existing Kidde hardwired smoke alarm if both alarms are on the same 3 wire circuit. You will need a 120 volt black hot wire, a neutral white wire, and a red interconnect wire that just goes from alarm to alarm. See the owner's manuals for wiring diagrams and required wires needed to do this.

Can this replace p4010acsco?

Hello. Yes. This will plug into the same wiring harness and have the same bracket.

Can the volume of the long beeps be adjusted? we have pets and everytime we use our broiler the alarms go off.

Hello. Similar answer as your earlier question. This alarm is required to go off at a volume of 85 decibels at 10 feet, mandated by code and UL listing.

What bed shaker works with this?

I had issues with the alarm. When I called Kidde, they said this model is no longer sold by them. It does not meet code changes.
