Lets divide it in cons and pros:Pros:Just to start, this laptop has all metal chasis.It has all the features one needs to use.It has super fast SSD, great processor and decent 8 GB DDR4 RAM.The dual band Wifi support is great.Backlit keyboard is great.Fingerprint sensor is faster than most of the mobile phones.Cons:No ethernet jack but it can be compensated by the fact that it has ac support for wifi.No optical drive which is not at all a con as no one uses it these days.The brand is newer as compared to other existing players but at 64990 it is still a good deal than older macbook air which has just 5th gen processor and 128GB SSB.

Has been using this product the past 3+ years and if you would like to know whether I like it? "YES"!But I wouldn't recommend it!(skip to the end to know why)It is a decent laptop overall and I only had a keyboard replacement (got covered under warranty) and a small hinge damage.The following content spells out the experiences I had with this product and hopes this help you:PROS:* Full HD: 14 inches 1080p LED Backlit IPS Display is a bliss to watch. Zero brightness is ample for normal browsing under indoor lighting.* Fast enough: Intel® Core™ i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60 GHz is an average processor but coupled with 256 GB SSD and 8 GB DDR4 RAM, the system is fast enough for my daily browsing and multi-tasking operations.* Extended Warranty: Extended International Warranty from the date of purchase upon Online Product registration.* Backlit keyboard: Two levels of intensity.* Fingerprint sensor: It seems to be responding fine.* Decent battery life: Considering how sleek the laptop is, I get 3:30-6:00 hours of back-up(100-20%) subject to the nature of use.* Lightweight: The 1.46 Kg metallic body feels light in hand and looks premium.* Large touchpad: Supports Windows10 gestures and rarely hinder while typing, but the response is average.CONS:* Tight hinges: Opening the lid with one hand is a bit challenging.* No fast charging: It takes 2:20-4:15 hours to charge the lap from 20-100% and seems to heat up slightly under heavy usage while plugged-in. [NB: The quickest way I got my laptop charged was in sleep mode.]* Low sound output: The built-in dual speakers don't do justice. The plausible solution to get around it would be to buy a portable Bluetooth speaker.* Tight ports: I fear the ports and the devices plugged could get damaged if handled without care.* Low storage: The available space is approximately 212 GB SSD. An external hard disk could probably solve the storage issue.* Webcam: Just an average webcam that works okay.* Travel of the keys: Don't get me wrong; the keyboard functions right, but I feel the keys lack a premium feel.OVERVIEW:At Rs 32,990, this is a VFM laptop for light and medium users like a home or academic purpose and is not for heavy users.But since they have closed all thier customer support, I would no longer suggest anyone to buy it.

Though it's New laptop faced lot of issues from beginning. In terms of service within warranty period hard to get even after more follow up. Finger print issue, speaker issue and technical issue like PC ran into problem and need restart is very frequent. Not worth for money.I have used many laptops like Acer, lenovo, HP and Avita fall below any of PC interms of product and service

Extremely satisfied with the product. Good design, light weight and powerful processor.

Though this is a new brand, I got a great offer on this laptop on my trip to Hong Kong. The i5, 8th gen with 8gb ram is really good when you are on the go and need work done.Its a light weight laptop too and in Hong Kong they give it with a free bag and wireless mouse.If you are looking for a light weight and fast laptop, give Avita a chanse!
