These are so much fun for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She really enjoys these. They seem to last a long time. They don't make a mess. They are really easy to use. I like to print coloring pages off from the internet onto cardstock. They are fun for our granddaughter to color. These can be used as dots and also as a paint by moving the marker across the paper in a line.

This is fantastic. My 18-month old can play with them and enjoy them about as much as my 3-year old. The dot-a-dot can be used to learn proper handling of writing-device, and this is the first step when learning to write. You can color on so many different surfaces as well, you can color(cover) any drawing with dots. You can mix colors and this is such a fascinating exploration for my 3-year old. If you really want to use it for "curriculum" education, you can dot-trace letters and numbers and shapes, to get the kids used to the shapes. You can teach counting, and number awareness, by putting down 5 dots and counting them, or count as the child fills circles with teh markers. You can color 3 red dots and 5 yellow ones next to the red and 8 orange right below:2 things accomplishes, just as the color mix, the numbers mix to give you a new number...boom...so diverse! But of all, it's for fun, for the kids to enjoy. It's washable successfully before it dries, afterwards there is some struggle.

We’ve used these Do A Dot Art! markers multiple times now, and they’ve become one of our go-to art supplies for toddler craft time. The rainbow colors are very vibrant and show up clearly on regular paper, which keeps kids engaged and excited to keep creating. From my experience, the size is perfect for small hands. My toddler can grip them independently without struggling, and the sponge tip makes it easy to create clean, round dots without needing precision. It’s great for practicing hand-eye coordination and early fine motor skills. Clean-up has been relatively easy. The ink washes off skin quickly with soap and water, and I haven’t had staining issues on our table so far. That said, I do recommend placing an extra sheet of paper underneath, because if your child presses too hard, the ink can soak through thinner paper. It’s not completely mess-proof, but compared to paint, it’s much easier to manage and still gives that colorful, creative experience.

These are great markers which last along time.

The kids like placing colored dots all over the place. Luckily they didn't put it on the walls! 🤣 These markers were good for our young kids to learn the concept of holding onto a marker and making color on paper. We bought them dot coloring books and had them "color" the dots with the appropriate colored dot marker. They seemed to have fun using this along with their other creativity art supplies (e.g. pencils, crayons, etc.).

We love our Do A Dot art markers! My youngest daughter (3 years old) uses these at her preschool and always comes home with the most colorful imaginative artwork. We have many different Do a Dot sets in our home including a set of Brilliant do a dots that we still use which we have from my oldest daughter who is now 8 years old, so they last a very long time! For our latest activity we took coffee filters and “dotted” them and then sprayed them with water. This gave the coffee filters a tye dye look that turned out amazing! This was a huge hit for our daughter and her little friends. The possibilities are endless, but if you ever run out of ideas, I recommend going on Pinterest and searching do a dot art projects. There are plenty! As a parent I appreciate how easy it is to do arts and crafts with these dot markers, because they make set up and clean up so easy and clean. They are washable, but I recommend using a tablecloth for your kitchen table, and treat it as any other art project. If you don’t want your kids to get paint on their new school clothes, don’t let them dot in their new school clothes. We have dotted our clothes, and hands, and arms, and hair….:) but haven’t had any real problems getting the paint off. Definitely a hit in our home! I highly recommend these to anyone, especially if you have little ones who love arts and crafts!

Bought it when my little one is 1yo and now she is 3yo and we still using it.

Good quality and price

Great for little kids to handle alone. However our tips are worn out and I can't seem to find replacement tips. The markers still have lots of ink.
