Works great for bakery recipe
Try to avoid floour as much as possible, I look for bakery goods recipe using rice flour. Most cook books and website recommend this brand, and I agree, good quality and works well making cake, etc..

Best sweet rice flour out there.
I tried this paying too much money for the single box of mochiko ($8) and really liked how my mochi waffles came out. Yes, I overpaid for that box, yes I know of an Asian grocery market that sells it for $2.50 but I don't have the time to travel all the way over there ... So I used the whole box for a huge batch of waffles that I froze and popped into the toaster when I needed a quick bfast. They taste so much better after freezing, btw. I went grocery shopping and saw Bob's Red Mill Sweet Rice Flour and thought "Hmm, I'm out, so let me get this, shouldn't be different right?" Let me tell you .... Bob's has a weird gritty texture... I like to add more liquid to my batter since I add casein protein to the batter so this batter is NOT dehydrated.... Stick to this brand. Don't try any other brand. I've now subscribed to this brand for a 3 pack every 6 months (I have maximum savings unlocked so it's a way better price). This is the only brand I will buy and I'm so glad it's made in California, USA. P.s if you add frozen blueberries it will make the waffles really moist so I recommend having a plain batter and topping it with blueberries/fruits.

Smaller than I expected
Great product but check the size carefully! These are very small not like a full size bag of flour.
