I bought this because my old one crapped out on me and I needed a new one, it works great and charges pretty fast honestly, I’ve had no problems with it

I recently upgraded my gaming setup with this renewed Magma Red DualShock 4, and I’m impressed—it feels just like a fresh controller. 👍 What I Love: Great Condition, Great Value: It looks almost brand-new with no visible scuffs or scratches, and the buttons are responsive—no delay or drift. Comfort & Grip: The slightly textured red shell adds extra grip, and the matte finish handles sweat well during long sessions. Full Feature Set: All standard features work flawlessly: motion controls, touchpad, light bar, share button—everything syncs quickly with my PS4. Budget-Friendly: Perfect for getting a second controller without paying full retail price—makes co-op gaming affordable. ⚠️ A Few Notes: Minor Variations Possible: Since it’s renewed, there might be slight color or finish differences, or minor wear—but mine looked and felt nearly flawless. NSV of Renewed Products: Generally reliable, but you might not get full retail packaging. Mine included a USB cable and sync guide, which I appreciated. ✅ Final Thoughts: This renewed Magma Red DualShock 4 is a smart, budget-conscious buy. Sad that you can’t save ten bucks on a used controller and get one that works properly. I’m skeptical that this one is even genuine, maybe the shell is, but the buttons feel very different. Identifiers on the label say it’s the 2nd generation controller for release in Europe not the USA. —————————————————— My issues: Buttons feel different, more of a click and hold into place feel to them rather than click and release feel. The O image on the “O” button is off center. L1 trigger shifts side to side and clicks. Left joystick is not fully centered so there’s a tiny amount of drift. Start and Share Buttons are much larger than my OEM controller, which makes them even more awkward to press them. PlayStation logo on the center PS button is crooked. Does not power itself or the console on while charging, not even if it’s charging off the console itself, which every ps4 controller I’ve ever owned has been able to do. But in order to use while charging you must be using it first, and then connect it to a power source, because the controller won’t on if you have it off and try to turn it on while connected to power. Think that’s about it. I bought the warranty on this, but next time I’ll just buy OEM at full price. Two months later. Sticks are grindy and it randomly won’t reconnect to the system when coming out of rest mode.

Company did a great job. Works as it should no stick drift, all buttons work, speaker in the controller works. Would be 5 stars but, led light doesn't fade in and out properly when charging. It kind of glitches and changes color instead of the yellowish that it is
