The flavor is just as delightful as it was years ago.
These return me to my childhood. I am grateful that the purchase option was 'mini' because it makes me feel slightly less guilty for eating them. The texture and flavor matches that of it's larger sibling. Which is a bonus because somethings don't taste as good as the original. But these are fluffy and full of flavor. I was happy to see that they were sold in a variety pack. I don't recall eating much of the banana flavor when I was younger, but still, it is delicious. My only complaint is that the exterior coating doesn't cover the entirety of the cookie. Which, I understand is difficult to do.

OK, but much drier than I remember them as a kid
This are mini-pies. As an adult, these are right-sized for me. I find them too dry however.

Very happy with this yummy purchase!
I purchased these for bridal shower favors. We are from Jersey and the groom is from Tennessee, which is where the moon pies come from. So I wanted to do salt water taffy and moon pies in my favors (a little bit of Jersey, a little bit of Tennessee). The mini ones are the PERFECT size for favors, and they taste YUMMY and were very fresh. I was so excited to order them when I found them online, but I didn't realize until I got them that my party isn't for two months and food expires (duhhhhh!!!). Fortunately, the expiration dates on 3/4 boxes weren't for three months. So.....I guess we're going to have to suffer and eat the one box that expires before my party. I would definitely recommend these, they were packaged nicely and arrived on time.
