I've used various multi-effects and amp modeling hardware over the years, ranging from Line 6 PODs to Fractal gear. The GE300 absolutely competes with the very best of them, both in terms of tone/sound and ease of use. Other reviews go in-depth into all the features, so I won't repeat them all here, but in short the amp modeling is quite respectable, the effects are wide-ranging and top notch, and it's significantly easier to use and tweak than units like the Fractal, which requires an engineering degree. Then there are the bonuses like the amazing synth block that does the same job as the much pricier Boss SY-300 Guitar Synthesizer (I should know as I own one of those as well, and am actively considering selling it now that I have the GE300), and the USB input connectivity that allows for easy and high-quality recording with your favorite DAW. I highly recommend the GE300 for anyone who wants to explore the vast world of amp, effects and synth modeling with an intuitive, easy to manipulate unit - and at a very reasonable price.

This is a great unit for saving space and ease of preset building. The library is top notch and existing presets are enough to explore for hours. There is a decent learning curve to using the UI and control surface but in the end it is very simple. You can spend more time playing and exploring and less time dealing with physical route patching and all the other fun stuff that goes with maintaining your signal chain. It's a one stop shop for tinkering and dialing in your mood.

Two weeks ago, I bought a new unit Mooer GE300, using Amazon marketplace in United States and delivered directly from Mooer. I live in Brazil, and as soon as I came back home, I opened the box, read the Quick Start Guide provided in the box, instaled using Connect 5: GUITAR AMPLIFIER, and it didn't work. There is a DSP Error instead, which I'm not able to fix or reset, because device is locked. Asked for a warranty support from the official distributor in Brazil, which was denied because I bought my unit in United States. Asked for the global support rights from Mooer, using thir Web Site, no answer. Need a solution from Amazon or Mooer, once Warranty is global

Very nice selection of tones and lots of control. Very good quality for the price! I bring it to practice with me every week and it replaces my pedalboard completely because it simply does everything I need in one little box. This is the price of no more than 5 - 10 pedals, so in the long run, this is significantly cheaper than building a pedal borad, and definitely has way more options than 10 pedals. The cabinet sim is very nice for recording too. I have had it for a couple months and have had no problems. For the price, this is hands down the best modler you're going to get.

As long as you have a "flat response" speaker system, this unit is great... many amp choices, including the choice of power tubes(!). Easy to make sets or groups of settings... easy to transfer from one to the next in the group. Less expensive and IMO easier to use than the other competing products.

Amazing. I bought a line 6 hx effects used. Compared them for a good week. This takes a dump all over line 6. More fx, long looper, synths are nuts. Way easier to use. Best money I’ve spent on equip. Sold all my pedals for this. Love it

As a guitarist, I have a soft spot for Mooer products - they don’t get the recognition they deserve. Compared to larger names in the space, I went with this unit in particular because of its synth engine. Man I am happy I did… It can do everything the others can at this price point, but none of them have the synth capabilities this does. Maybe that’s not your thing, but still a great unit. The build quality is superb. No touch screen but that’s okay for me. It has tone capture, and an arsenal of effects - definitely a standalone board. The control options might take some getting used to, but once you do it’s quite intuitive. You can’t double effects in the signal chain like some other modelers which is a bit of a drag. The functionality you get out of this and the sounds you can make in addition with the synth engine will really blow you away. The patches are good, and on their website are user patches you can download, some of them especially the synth ones really blew me out of the water… The only major con I can say is mooer puts out products so often that they forget about their previous ones relatively quickly… make sure to update the firmware. I will also say the mooer’s software is not the bes. It’s pretty bare bones, so you’ll probably do most of your tinkering on the board itself which may seem daunting unless your like me and like that sort of thing.

Construcción sólida, muy fácil de programar, sonido excelente con impulsos incluidos y sonido sin mejor con impulsos externos, altamente recomendada, la uso en estudio la mayor parte del tiempo. Hay usuarios que han reportado malos funcionamientos a raíz de actualizaciones de software, yo no he tenido ningún inconveniente, ni uno solo.
