Item is a perfect and suitable fit for my MacBook Pro.
Fits great over my MacBook pros. Sits snug and doesn’t slide. Keeps my keyboard clean and safe. Pads are very comfortable. No typing difficulties.

Worth the value...
Product is as the other reviewers described. Hard to see through, but looks just like your keyboard unless you look closer. Works just fine for me since I never use the keyboard backlight :)[UPDATE: April 26, 2013--8 months after initial purchase.]Noticing some new complications with the keyboard cover:1. Food, lint, and dust cling to the top, so I've been giving it a wash in warm water and mild hand soap every month or two. I let it air dry propped up under 2 ledges of sorts afterwards.2. Was a bit too big for my retina laptop at first. I used to be able to squeeze the bubbles in the set keyboard cover away when they'd appear before. But cover now stays warped even as I type, likely because of the thinning/wearing down of the material. Most noticeably there is discoloration and smudging in the s, shift, and space keys. I believe in a year or so, most of my letters will be smudged off.3. I think that the most annoying thing is how it appears to be leaving keyboard shaped oil smudges on my laptop screen. I've been cleaning the cover as I've described above and gently wiping down my screen, using a simple non-paper towel as well as homemade and professional screen cleaners, with very little effect. I believe that the cover may actually be absorbing oil from my fingers like a sponge and it squeeze out onto the screen when my laptop is shut. This is my second macbook, which I've only had for less than a year. The other one which I had for more than 2 years never had these issues.Overall, I still think its a good purchase, especially since I don't need to look at my keyboard as I type and prefer not to worry about it getting dirty as I work and type. But I'm re-rating this 4 stars instead of 5 stars as I previously had, because of that new annoying screen-smudging complication.

It worked for a little while...
I own a MacBook Pro 13" w/o retina display and recently purchased this protective keyboard cover on Amazon. I have always felt like I get a lot of build-up underneath my keyboard from dust and the occasional small piece of paper.I see a lot of people in my college classes with these protective keyboard covers and decided to give it a try. I didn't want a `flashy' colored or multi colored cover, so I opted for the simple black version so you can't even tell it's on my keyboard. I like the classic look of the Mac that is why I purchased it.I was originally drawn to this product because it came with free shipping through Amazon prime. There were lots of cheaper options out there that would have been around the same quality as this one. After ordering the cover and receiving it in the mail, I opened it and placed it on my keyboard. My initial thoughts were all very positive. It was aesthetically appealing and fit my keyboard very nicely; there was no over hang or keys misplaced on the cover. The only thing that was eyesore about it was the large "KUZY" logo on the space bar. All the photos on Amazon showed a plain cover with printed QWERTY letters on the keys, I wasn't expecting the Kuzy logo to be there. Now this isn't such a big deal except for the fact that I bought a very expensive computer and I like the classic look that is why I purchased the black cover, so it would look discrete.Typing of the cover was weird at first but I got used to it pretty quick. It makes typing in class easier because it muffles the keystrokes. It also gives you something to grab ahold of. The MacBook keyboard can be slippery at times and cause a lot of typos, but with the cover everything seemed to be coming out nicely. The cover keys are very thin but seemed to protect my Mac well at first. Now that I have owned the cover for 5 weeks I have some concerns that I hope to pass on to any perspective buyers out there. The backlight under the keyboard does not shine through the cover. It illuminates enough of the cover so that you can see there are keys, but you can't distinguish which ones are which unless you are an experienced typist. I thought the backlight might shine through upon seeing the photos of the cover, but I was mistaken. There are slight bumps on the `f' and `j' keys so you know where to place your hands, just like on a keyboard.Apparently according to Kuzy you can clean the cover with water and soap. I would be interested in seeing someone try to clean one of these covers because the silicon accumulates so much dust just from sitting on the keyboard. The cover does leave a slight outline of the keys on your screen. It is only visible if there is a glare on the screen or if your computer is turned off. This may not bother some people, but it will drive people who are slightly OCD--like me--crazy. I constantly wiped down the screen when I opened my laptop or noticed a smudge.I ordered the black cover with transparent background, so even though some reviews mentioned color wear on their covers, mine is completely in tact. Even if it did wear through it would only show the black of the actual keys and not black instead of orange or some other color. The power button is not the eject button on my mac, so that key cover is incorrect but it doesn't really bother me. What does bother me is how the spacebar is curling up under my right thumb. It is catching on my hand every time I move to type.I finally had to take off the cover because of the spacebar curling up. Now my keyboard looks like I ate something extremely greasy and proceeded to type a novel! I am waiting to see if the marks come off as I type more, but as of now I can't seem to get them off. When I took off the cover I noticed a lot of debris under the cover where the keys are. I don't know if it was already under my keyboard or if it somehow got down there with the cover on, either way it's accumulating a lot of unwanted debris.

Black Keyboard Cover for early 2015 13" MacBook Pro
As a new owner of a MacBook Pro with Retina, I wanted to protect my laptop as much as possible. I was a little hesitant because I thought the keyboard cover would bubble around the spacebar key or other keys like many have said. It has not. The keyboard sits flat on all keys and won't even lift during typing. I should also add that it fits my early 2015 13" MBP snugly. Typing was a little weird at first, but after a while (maybe a few days to a week) typing with this keyboard cover feels great! The keyboard cover was professionally packaged when it arrived. The only minor hiccup in this keyboard cover is that the lights for the backlit keyboard don't shine THROUGH the individual letters and characters on the keyboard cover (the underside of the keyboard cover is totally nontransparent). This was something I hoped Kuzy might have fixed by now but they have not. Maybe in a newer version of the keyboard cover will they address the problem. The backlit keyboard lights do shine AROUND the keys, which helps. Also, the light from the actual laptop display illuminates the keyboard anyway so it's really no big deal because you can still see/type in the dark. I have the black cover and you can't even tell the difference between it and my stock MBP keyboard (except for "Kuzy" imprinted on the spacebar). My friend has either the teal or aqua cover and it is very stylish (I think she even has a matching case for her laptop). Anyway, for the price and quality, you can't beat this product. I'm sure it will continue to be a best seller on Amazon.

Perfect keyboard refresh
Very lightweight, yet stays in place keyboard cover. I had two keys that had worn off keys. Now the key board looks new. Wish I had seen this sooner.
