Great handheld mic clip.
I use on of these for my voiceover/podcasting setup when I want to swap out various handheld dynamic mics. As a clip, it works great. Very solid. As a shock mount? Eh. It might lessen the effects of a bump or two, but it's not a "shock mount". Still, good enough that I have a couple of them and use them regularly. I use lots of On-Stage stuff and this is right up there with the rest of it.

Best microphone mount I have ever seen for the money!
I use the Cad C195 microphones on stage for almost everything. I have tried many other mounts for microphones and many turn loose of a microphone if it is inverted. This MY325 holds on to the microphone in any position. Also if a person moves the microphone stand there is no vibration from the stand to the microphone as the mount dampens it all!!! I have been doing sound for almost 50 years and never have I seen an inexpensive mount do what this one does. Don't put it off buying these for your onstage microphones they fit everything I use even my dynamic microphones. It does not fit my wireless but they do have a larger one that does. Great, strong and abused often...
This part will isolate stage noise from coming up your mike stand and into your mike from it's casing. But, this thing always gets moved, stressed, stretched and seems to hold up good for me at about 4 gigs per week... have a spare, cause when the rubber gets older after some abuse...it will tear and then you have to slap on a new one or duck tape that aint so perty... I use these all the time on stage and would never use one that does not have this little flex band that isolates stage vibrations fairly well....you may want much better for studio isolation recording work.

Good product but mislabeled
The product deserves a 5 star but because of the product being mislabled a can not give it such. Several months ago I ordered the MY325 clip & received another clip instead. I explained the problem to Amazon that the labeling on the package was clearly not the item inside. These are two different sized clips. Amazon was very accommodating and I returned the first clip for an exchange. When the exchange came it was again the wrong clip. I requested a refund which I received and Amazon suggested I wait a while before ordering again so they could fix the problem. I waited several months and ordered two more of the clips believing that the problem would have been fixed. When I received the order it was again the wrong clips. The label on the back of the package still says MY325 but the clip is not what is pictured or what I am used to. I have been using this product for years and as a lead vocalist I am hard on them and they break every 3 or 4 months but I am willing to purchase them again as I like the way they feel in my hand and the price on Amazon is very reasonable. I hope they fix the problem this time. UPDATE: after being frustrated by not being able to replace the mic clip that I have been using for years I have come to this conclusion. As of this writing the clip that is pictured above is not the one I have been receiving. It says shockproof on the side which is not on the ones that they are now calling the MY325. The new one is a very different clip which says ON STAGE Stands on the side. The shape has completely changed and it feels very different in your hand. The band of rubber that separates the holder from the base on the old one was a continuous loop. The new one is molded onto the base as one piece and bonded to the holder. The new one has a much stiffer feel which may make it more durable in the long run. The opening for the mic is also very different with a tighter fit. If Amazon would simply change the photo on the site to the new clip it would have saved me a lot of frustration and them having to refund me 3 times.

Great for Keyboardists
This is a must-have if you mount a microphone directly to your keyboard stand. It effectively reduces the noise normally transferred from the action of the keyboard to the microphone. The reduction isn't 100%, but it's enough to make it unnoticeable in normal situations. It's also great for the studio, or any situation where vibration might be transmitted to the mic. Being flexible, the fit isn't as tight as typical plastic clips. But the rubber is fairly grippy, and holds the mic well enough in most situations. I mostly use SM58s, and they fit fine. I have several of these and swear by them.

Flexible for different mics
These are all I buy now. I’ve tried every holder out there and they all break or fail to hold the mic securely. I am a working musician and use these all the time. they last a while and they are very flexible to handle different brands and sizes of mic. Pricey but you only need to buy one for each stand and they don’t break.

Read me!
Nothing really special about this microphone clip..., but it's worth the money. As for the claim of ''dynamic shock mount''? Nope. There's nothing special here. My grandmother, Toolie, could dynamically shock mount better. It's a good microphone clip. Yes. It is. Should you buy it for its ability to isolate? You'd do better to see my grandmother for your next gig. She shakes and mumbles a bit, but she'll still isolate better than this clip. Buy it if you want a good clip. Don't buy it if you're looking to isolate -- at all.

Great Mic holder
This has been my goto mic holder for years. good shock protection and holds practically any mic. I've never had one break and own several. The tapered SM-58's and Beta 57A bodies can be a problem, but not with this clip.

Just right.

Bought to use for my sm58 which is on a boom arm, and this mic clip does deliver great shock rejection after testing, and anything that does get picked up is easily removed with a high-pass filter. It does feel a bit loose for an sm58 compared to the original Shure one, but it feels solid enough and I can recommend!
