Great screen like brand new
Unfortunately the cable was damaged so had to buy new one. However this is a small problem. Screen is excellent, so simple to set up. Well packaged so so damage in transport. Prompt delivery.

Power cable disconnect with slight movement
The monitor was delivered dusty & with grime. Whomever sold it didn’t bother to even give it a wipe down.Using the monitor over a number of weeks now and the power cable will suddenly disconnect with sight movement.

First foray into "Amazon Renewed" - Dell P2417H monitor
Before ordering confirmed that the monitor came with the listing pictured stand - a dark grey P2417H specific stand.I received a P2417H monitor but with a worn, light grey, smaller stand.The actual monitor was dusty on the back. It had 1 small visible mark on the front bezel and was scratched on the back. The marks visible at more than 30cm.The monitor and stand were in a heavy duty plastic protective wrap, with a kettle lead and a vga lead, in a box torn at the carry points.Amazon:“Professionally inspected, tested and cleaned to look and work as expected.”Ermmm… the dust didn’t inspire confidence that all the inspection, testing and cleaning had been done.However, the reality of “Amazon Renewed” is it’s a pre owned product, in this case a monitor manufactured in 2017. 5 years old. So, you have to have realistic expectations. It’s not going to be perfect, a few dings here and there, but the monitor works and that’s what counts.I tested the actual panel with diagnostic software and it’s absolutely fine.I contacted the vendor about the stand, they apologised for the first stand and sent out the correct stand. No qualms, no drama, just ‘we’ll put it right’.So, cleaned and on the right stand I’m very happy with my “Amazon Renewed” P2417H monitor.In light of this experience (good product, good price, great support) I’d seriously consider “Amazon Renewed” again as a purchasing option.

All screens came well packaged and work very well thank you!Only issue I had was a small piece from one of the monitor mounts had cracked off. This doesn't seem to cause any major issues but a shame it had happened is all.All in all I am happy with what I received
