Beatiful, fun cross stitch.
I love the Mill Hill beaded crosstitch kits and this one was no exception. It is colorful and cute and the beads are beautiful. Probably not for a very beginner cross stitcher as it is intricate and doesn't have long rows of one color...but anyone who has done some cross stitich or needlework could handle this. It is not hard to stitch the beads. Comes with plenty of thread. Needles. Beads. Clear directions.

I like the design of the pattern, but it is not for beginners. It requires lots of attention and patience. The design is perfect for a tropical or flamingo tree.

This flamingo has tons of personality and the finished ornament is delightful. Very festive and cheery, highly recommend. Note: go slow and be careful with the legs so your thread does not tangle.

flamingo ornament
It was fun to make this ornament until I got to the feet. You need patience to string the beads and you need good eye sight to add all the tiny beads. I'm 71 and can still do cross stitch with my magnifier
