Effective Inflammation Resolver
Very effective product. Reduced inflammation promptly. Definitely will keep using this product going forward.

rancid and gave me cystic acne
I really wanted to like this product. It's affordable and the ingredients look good. However, every time I take a pill I get a huge cyst. I tried stopping taking them to see if it's definitely this product, and every time I take a pill even if I stop for weeks, I get a large painful cyst. The oil inside the pill tastes rancid as well, so even though it pained me to do so, I had to throw out the entire bottle. I hate wasting money, it really hurt to have to chuck it but it's not good for my body, taking rancid oil increases my inflammation.

Didn’t work for me
I have been taking spm by metagenics and love them. They are effective like the drug ibuprofen , without being bad for you. I was hoping these were as effective. But Nope . A good fish oil but I was hoping for a lot more.
