Value for tour money
We never learn... we pay too much for a cheap brand. I had to replace my old unit with this one, from the moment I open the box you can tell the difference so much you get no doubt you get your money’s worth!!! That is all I have to say

Very user friendly
System was easy to set up and use. Software works well. Wish test swabs were a little more affordable.

I being looking lots of videos about the product and it looks that they all come with a dvd. I DID NOT GET IT
