Makes making butter fun!
They do exactly what they are designed to do and it's much more fun using them to shape butter than whatever we could find in the kitchen to use the first time we did it. I love making butter and "playing" with it with the paddles.

These Kilner butter paddles work great for sharing fresh butter made with my Kilner hand churner. The butter paddles are good quality and seem like they will last a long time.

The paddles have helped me shape my home-made butter, and they work very well, though I'm not sure how they help get rid of any excess buttermilk (but maybe I didn't have any to get rid of).
