SYNOPSIS:Disney’s “The Lion King, directed by Jon Favreau, journeys to the African savanna where a future king is born. Great but not the original
Love the lion king. If you want something that will beat the original you won’t get it with this in my opinion. The original is a classic. However, the film is beautifully made and has most of the scenes in it which make the original so good. Bit of a Beyoncé film in places but still very enjoyable.

This version is better than the animation by far.
Saw the original but this is nothing like the original , this is not an animation but greatly surpasses the original. The storylines exactly the same but graphically this version brings the story to life and the animals look realistic enough to convince you they ARE real. A good movie to sit and watch as a family.

Good remake of the Lion King
Think it’s a great film remake by Disney The first Disney lion king is a cartoon and found it very childish. So decided to buy the new lion king film on dvd for an adult male family member who said he had never seen film, hopefully he will enjoy it ?

Brilliant.
I haven't seen all of the movie due to it being for my other half, but hes watched it 3 times since buying him it so it must be good, and what I have seen of it, it's very impressive, the storyline seems to be exactly the same as the original? Overall, brilliant DVD that has been well worth the purchase

The Lion King is a great movie. I bought a copy (DVD) over here in the USA eventually. I have rented it about 3 times and I thought I should buy it to save money. I hope you buy it too.

I was quite happy with the order and service; the DVD that I ordered was in "like new" condition

I love this movie. I like the real lions versus the cartoon ones. I think it gives it more depth with the real animals.
